Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Program Works I followed the Eat to Live Program since we saw Joel Fuhrman on a Channel 17 health program a few years ago. The weight came off quickly and three years later, the weight fluctuation has been appx 5-7lbs. It is not hard to follow and you aren't hungry and the food gives you a better appreciation for the natural produce we have in Ontario. I recommend this program to everyone who, not only wants to lose weight, but who wants to keep their body in top condition from the inside out. I love this program. Read the book first. Then read it again. Understand what he's saying and you'll be amazed but the SUSTAINABLE results.

Rated out of 5 by from I am still in the process of reading Eat to Live, and I am seriously thinking of working on it. I am educating myself on the best ways of losing weight nutritiously, and this looks easier than most "diets". I will let you know as I go forward, how it works for me.
