Rated 4 out of 5 by from War Changes Things This book fellows the life of several people, before, during, and after WW1. We see in this book how several world leaders, unwillingness to compermise brings about the start of WW1. There is also great insight in how devasting the affect of war has on families. There is also a great lesson in this book, on how arrogents of British officers got many soliders killed, who other wise may have lived. even though book has 800 pages, I found myself always wanted to find out more. This book was very hard to put down.
