Rated 5 out of 5 by from Facinating for all consumers I do not normally read business books, but because this book was sent to my by BzzAgent, I decided to give it a try. I couldn't put it down! It was great fun to read, especially with the various examples of other companies' marketing attempts. If you want a clear, straight-forward look at how word-of-mouth marketing works, and how all consumers take part in the process, then this book is the one to choose. Another enjoyable aspect of the book is the peek it gives to the inside workings of BzzAgent, and how the company was formed and developed. Instead of trying to force consumers to think a certain way, BzzAgent really seems to show consumers a tremendous amount of respect. What a breath of fresh air that is!
