Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a BOOK! This book was one of the best that I've seen on dieting in years. It was informative, educational and very well written. When one thinks of dieting all kinds of flat tasteless food come to mind. But with this book, you can enjoy all of your favorite foods just as you remember them. Possibly even better! This books needs no introduction, but if you can find a recipe that lets you eat DEEP dish apple pie and not hate yourself the next day....WOW! Forget Jenny Craig and crash diets. This masterpiece lets you eat sensibly and lose weight the healthy way AT YOUR OWN PACE. After buying and using this book, your life will be changed forever. Don't deny yourself the chance of a healthy and happy life. Just do it!
