About the Author

Celia Brooks Brown moved from Colorado to Britain in 1989 to work in the theater, but she soon discovered a passion for cooking and changed careers. She is now one of the talented teacher-chefs at the world-famous bookshop. Books for Cooks, in Notting Hill, London. As a food writer and consultant, Celia has contributed to several magazines and newspapers, including BBC Vegetarian Good Food and the Evening Standard. Her modern, fresh approach to vegetarian food makes Celia one of the brightest new stars around.
