Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! When I purchased the book I couldn't wait to read it. I couldn't put it down. It takes a lot of effort to eat this way, but once you try it for a few days you feel so great that it is easy to make the choice to continue to eat clean.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from worth reading I love Dr. Furhman, he is really good, I am not sure we can all follow this type of diet, we are all busy and we should focus more on our nutrition but it is not always easy. Adapting a new lifestyle takes more time and perhaps worth every minute. I can't do it to perfection. A book worth reading if you wish to change your life.
