Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Alice in Wonderland of Cookbooks This is not only a cookbook, but a trip down the rabbit hole of Chef Blumenthal's brain. It give the hows, whys, and inspiration for some of his dishes. The recipes are straight forward if you have the ingredients, may take some time, but can be done. Your brain may be twisted by the results, but you will be able to make your own mad tea party, and friends and family will be amazed.
