Wallbanger is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 10.
A bestselling hot, hilarious eBook by USA TODAY indie author Alice Clayton, the freshest voice to hit publishing in years. “An instant classic…highly recommended!” (New York Times and USA TODAY bestselling author Jennifer Probst).

Caroline Reynolds has a fantastic new apartment in San Francisco, a Kitchen Aid mixer to die for, and no O (and we’re not talking Oprah here, folks). She has a flourishing design career, an office overlooking the bay, a killer zucchini bread recipe, and no O. She has Clive (the best cat ever), great friends, a great rack, and no O. Adding insult to O-less, she also has an oversexed neighbor with the loudest late-night wallbanging she’s ever heard. Every moan, spank, and—was that a meow?—punctuates the fact that not only is she losing sleep, she still has—yep, you guessed it—no O. Enter Simon Parker. When the wallbanging threatens to literally bounce her out of bed, Caroline, clad in sexual frustration and a pink baby-doll nightie, confronts her heard-but-never-seen neighbor. Their late-night hallway encounter has…well…mixed results. Because with walls this thin, the tension’s gonna be thick. A delicious mix of silly and steamy, this is an irresistible tale of exasperation at first sight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A hilarious, must read! I totally did not expect this book to be a great as it was. Simon and Carolyn are hilarious together, and lest we forget Clive. I have already recommended this book (and rusty nailed) to my daughter and my co-workers. Can't wait for the next book to come out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cute! It was cute! Had some great dialogue, but also had some annoying and repetitive dialogue. Overall, worth the read.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Missing an O, but nothing else. I loved this book. Loved, loved, loved. I really did not think this book would be as good as it was. This story, the relationship that develops, is so easy to relate to. The tingly, the goosebumps, the flutters. All of it. Include a missing O and a hot neighbor whose sex life is literally hitting you in the head, and I think you've got a winner. The banter between Simon/Caroline is so perfect. I laughed at almost every page. The four-way relationship between their friends really sets the whole development of Simon-Caroline's romance into play. It was sweet, it was innocent, it was naughty. I loved every minute of it. Clive really just topped the whole thing off for me. Honestly, I hope you buy this book. If the review isn't enough on it's own, the novel has been turned into a series. God bless America.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice start When I bought this book I had a few expectations...I loved the beginning, but the story left me hanging toward the middle through the end. I wished the fun side of the beginning would have lasted longer. I liked this book, but I can't say I enjoyed it as much as I thought I would.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Potential RomCom! I loved it. Read it quickly and more than once. Yes it had its predictable moments but it was an enjoyable read. I read it like a RomCom. Don't expect deep thoughts. It's a light read but I'd recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bang Some Walls I was really surprised by this book, reading the description on the back I thought this would be your typical erotica romance and once the characters met they would have se every chapter. I am pleased to say that it wasn't like that at all, there was depth to the story and I loved the witty banter and humor between the characters and Clive the Cat was one o the best characters in the book. I overall thought the story was fun I thought it was funny how the characters met each other and enjoyed the progression with their relationship. My only complaint for this book is that I got annoyed with Caroline refrencing her O every few pages, that got annoying, it was like in Fifty Shades when Anna kept talking about her inner Goddess, it was funny for a bit but after a while I got annoyed. Overall this was great summer Romance read I would highly recommend it. :0)

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Simon says... I liked the middle of this story and the tension that the author built between Simon and Caroline was great. But, the beginning and the end had way too much "inner dialogue" in Caroline's mind. What started out as cute (her nicknames for people and body parts), ended up getting very tiresome and annoying. That said, I did enjoy Simon's character very much. I also enjoyed the witty rapport between Simon and Caroline. Finally, while the storyline followed the general formula of adult contemporary romance novels, there were a few nice twists. I was entertained, but only about three stars worth.
