Rated 5 out of 5 by from A treasure! This is the first book in Enid's Famous Five series and a must to read. In it we are introduced to the characters : Julian, Dick, Anne, George and Timmy the dog, and follow them through an adventure of a life-time, the first of many for these guys! Enid's books are wonderful and action packed, once you read one you won't be able to stop. The Famous Five series is by far her best work and the most popular. Read the Famous Five on Treasure Island today, curl up in a blanket beside the window and go ahead....enjoy.
