Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice product Hey guys, i'm going to review the LEGO Chima Razcals glider. I bought this set a little while ago and I got it cheap at a boot sale for £4. I have got to admit at first I wasn't sure about buying this set but when I built I was more than happy with it. It's not the perfect set but for anyone wanting to start getting lego chima it is a great set to start of with. Ok, first pros, the set is bigger than it looks on the box. There is a lot of detail on both the set and the minifigure Razcal. There is one missile on the set but it faces backwards and is attached to a chain, i'm not quite sure what that is all about but it looks cool. There are a lot of new pieces in this set which even if you don't like LEGO Chima you will want to get. Now I will get onto cons. There really is no need for two instruction booklets also Razcals weapon you have to take apart to make the model which I don't like and also it could have done with another figure to make the playability a five. Overall I am happy with this set and I would recommend it to anyone. so see you guys soon, bye.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Trinkets and Treasures!" Hey guys, today I'm reviewing Razcal's Glider, from the Legends of Chima line! Lets start with the Minifigure! Razcal: The Ravens are probably my favourite tribe. This guy has a detailed torso, with lots of awesome printing on him; same to go with his legs! He has a full face under his head mold. His head mold is the same as the other ravens, but he has a silver beak, and a mischievous-looking smile! He also has a chest piece that you can put Chi into, of course with wings! overall: 10/10 Glider: This is one of my favourite $15 sets that are out right now! First of all, this was an amazing build and is much bigger than I thought it would be. It is awesome how articulated it is! The flick-fire missile on a chain is a great idea, and can also carry some Chi. It looks a lot like a real bird, and is fun to just fly around! I love how the build-able weapon can be incorporated into the set, and actually look good. Maybe even better with it, than without it! The piece that they used for the beak looks really cool. Overall: a very detailed set, 9/10 This has been my review for Razcal's Glider. The set is also great for MOC makers, with new pieces, and pieces in rare colours! You should definitely buy this set if you are thinking about it. Goodbye!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It was cool It was overall pretty cool, but LEGO NEEDS TO STOP MAKING NEW PIECES; i understand that you need to make new pieces sometimes but not in every set. And I am really disappointed about no LEGO Zelda, they used more new pieces in this (Legends of Chima) than they would for LEGO Zelda

Rated 5 out of 5 by from "Razcal, the numbers" I think this set is epic. I love the minifigure and the set is larger than I thought it would be. It came with 2 instruction booklets. Pros: -VERY good minifigure -Price Per Piece: $0.11, which isn't bad at all. -Awesome to have Cons: -Weapon can sometimes be a pain to build, but usually it is good. - Nothing else is bad

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very good set very good set has few cons and pros pros: cons: good figure could use a eagle figure bigger than expected

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great set! This was the first Chima set i bought, and I have to say I'm really happy with it! Like with (most of) the other Chima sets, I was surprised with how many cool functions and details this one had: from the moving wings and grabbing talons, to the buildable weapon and firing chain. There are so many things you can do with this set and I like them all! The talons can grab things! (some things at least) The wings and tail feathers can fold in for dive-bombing! I do also like the fact that you have to build and take apart the weapon each time you're gonna use it, it really shows the meaning of LEGO in a nutshell: building! and part of the weapon becomes feathers on the tail, which is also great. In addition, the whole glider looks like a raven and has a beak and eyes. It also features a chi cannon beneath the head, which is used to activate the set's main function: a shooting thing attached to a chain. And I know many think this is pointless, but I like it, and I imagine the glider can use it to tangle victims or distract chasing vehicles! Then we also have the single minifigure in this set: Rascal! And he is fantastic! My favorite raven. He is so detailed and looks so cool with his piercings, golden beak, black wings, and chi weapon. One of the best figures in Chima and a great plus for the set! The only reason this set doesn't top the rating, is because it's misses an overall cool-factor. The set is great, it has many cool functions, but it's just not cool enough to please me 100%. It should maybe also have included one more mini-fig, a lion or an eagle. All things considered, I would still recommend it, and especially if you need a vehicle for the ravens. Now, let's sum it up with pros and cons: Pros: - Great figure - Lot's of articulated parts (a.o. talons and dive-bombing mode) - Cool, buildable chi weapon - Chi cannon and chain weapon Cons: - It's somewhat "meh"-ish - Should have had a second minifig So good set, buy it if you like the ravens! That's it!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not for me As a fan of City and Castle Legos, I didn't think the Legends of Chima series would be for me, and I was right. I got this set mainly because I got the little free Legends of Chima glider and wanted another set to go with it. The glider has a lot of shaped parts that are pretty much only useful if you want to build a black bird glider. Surprisingly enough this set does have some painted pieces, instead of decals. The bird figure is the best part, but I'm bummed the helmet's eye spacing doesn't really allow you to put it on any other figures, because it would look cool on a barbarian. If you DO love the Legends of Chima series, this could be great for you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Razcal's Raven Glider Now I walked into the store once with some money in my pocket, bound to buy something LEGO. The set I was looking for wasn't out so I bought this. Well I'll list the pros and cons now. PROS: Razcal who is exclusive (I think) Pretty cool raven glider CHI Weapon CONS: What is the flick fire missile with chain for? Not that much space in the glider No enemy? Overall this set is OK, but not amazing. I rebuilt and modified the glider to make it larger for Razcal. That is all I have to say.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It's Okay. The Raven Glider is okay. The minifigure is cool, and I like the mix of colors. The best part is Razcal's black wings. This are very detailed and I can pose them unlike Pharaoh's Quest wings. But the glider is a little odd in my opinion. Also, it falls apart sometimes. THE VERDICT... Its Okay.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the theme, love the set. just like my other sets i have, it's a really awesome set. i like everything about it. no doubt about that! just plain love it. i reccomend thisa product to anyone who is a fan of legends of chima, like me. i really like the chains because then whenever the lion, eagles, gorrillas, ect. catch anyone of the crocodiles, wolves or ravens, they'll place them arrested and put them into a garbage compactor. (my way with the chains)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Here comes the Ravens! I first just wanted this set because Razcal looked a like one of the characters in my own books I'm writing. But once I had this set in hand, I found myself forgetting about Razcal completely and turned to the building... First off, Razcal is pretty cool. Each Raven or Eagle is built with the shoulder/chest armor so they can attach their wings on the back. The wings, I believe, are a new mold and very cool. They can actually move as if they were flapping. He comes with a gun-like weapon, but it can also be deconstructed and put into the main model. The Raven is a lot cooler than I had originally thought it would be. It looks much like one, and has a simple design. The only problem I have with the set is the play feature. You press the red cone in the front and it launches the chain out the back. It doesn't entirely make much sense to me, although I have used it several ways which all are fun. I'm sure more will be revealed about it in the cartoon series. The gun-like thing I mentioned earlier fits fairly well into the model. The smaller purple wings on the tail are parts of the gun while the main body, which is battle droid body piece, just attaches the opposite side the chain near the back. It looks pretty cool and, to me, adds more life to the model. I feel like this set should have came with another minifigure from another tribe. That way Razcal had someone to fight. The flyer was done so well I also like to believe it is a living raven that Razcal just flies on because he is lazy. That's just my imagination for you. For the price, I would recommend this set, though. But, to be honest, I think I would save up just a few more dollars and get one of the Speedorz sets. You won't get as many pieces, I think one would have a lot more fun with them. It is still a great set, though.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small set, great design, unique minifigure If you're just starting out with the Chima sets, you'd go for this entry-level Razcal's Glider set, because it' s the cheapest of all the Chima sets. But it has it's share of very good plus points. The minifigure: It's the Raven Razcal, and it's the ONLY set at the moment to include this beautifully detailed Raven Tribe member. He has a very cool detailed head, which features a double-printed head so you can change Razcal's mood. The torso and legs have awesome detailing and Razcal has shoulder/chest armour in silver which not only looks incredibly cool but also serves as a mounting point for the neat black wing pieces. The wings can make Razcal difficult to stand up without attaching it to a baseplate, but I suppose that doesn't matter, he probably spends more time flying like the other Ravens ;-) Now the glider. I challenged myself by trying to build this as quickly as I could (no real reason), and managed to construct it in under 10 minutes. It's a simple build yet has an array of cool design features. The use of a large hollow claw as a raven beak is a great idea, as is the wing designs and the fact that the claws on the bottom move. And for a small set, it is surprisingly sizeable and chunky, like it should cost a bit more than it actually is. Proof of this is in the piece count. The only function is a flick missile activated by pushing a technic axle in the front of the glider. A good idea, since previously firing flick missiles effectively used to hurt my fingers! However, the missile points backwards and is attached to a chain, a bit of a strange idea at best. It's not incredibly difficult to change these, though, although it does involve some dismantling to change the missile direction. Razcal's weapon is cool, and the fact that it can be incorporated into the model has good and bad points. Good, it provides somewhere to store the weapon while Razcal operates the glider, bad, you have to dismantle the weapon and the purple blades form part of the tail, so you have to decide between a weapon for Razcal or extra detailing on the glider. Why not both? And, weirdly for a small set, it has two instruction manuals, but on the plus side, all the pieces are printed, so no stickers! Overall, a neat little set with a unique minifigure to boot. Absolutely recommended to start/add to your Chima collection despite the flaws with the missiles and minifigure weapon.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Razcal's Glider To start off my Legends of Chima collection, I thought I'd start from base one, with the smallest set, 70000 Razcal's Glider. Minifigure: Razcal is one of the most detailed minifigures I've seen, a new wing piece, armour piece and mask. He has two eye expressions, making him a dual-sided minifigure, like all the other Chima animals. Glider: It surprisingly has two instruction booklets, very odd for a set of this size. I counted 4 new pieces in this set, and 4 in the figure, as well. It has a very cool raven design. A cool new CHI piece, which is not uncommon, the only ever-present piece in the theme of which is exclusive to the theme. on the front there is a nice beak style piece, which adds to the detail. The mian feature is to release the flick-fire on the chain, but pressing back on the Glider's main, and only gun. Overall: This is a great set, and a good intro to the theme. I would recommend this set. See ya later - CM1

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great start to Chima Just bought this set myself and am pretty happy with what I got; it's one of the smallest models so far in the Chima line but definitely worth it. Pros: -good build and design with the glider -great minifigure in Razcal -new wing pieces -colour scheme; nice Cons: -buildable weapon is a little clunky; normal sword or other accessory would've been better Overall a great set I wholly recommend.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good chima set This set is good it can only fire a flick missle with chi at the end if you want it there, it has a chain on the flick missle to stop the missle from leaving the vehicle, so it isn't much of a missle. It is more like something to tease the tribes since the chi is at the end of it. I only wanted this set because I like the raven guy and the pieces. I don't like that you have to take the two purple pieces and attach them in the back where they look like feathers and attach the rest of the weapon on to the side of the vehicle, but I still like this set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from awesome set but it is expensive I loved this set it is fun to build. but it is to expensive. Ok on to the PROS and CONS. PROS nice detail love the flick missile in the back no stickers cool weapon awesome minifig CONS the wing pieces come off easy I don't like how you have to build the weapon every time you want to play with it could use another minifig to battle with awesome set I would recommend this set to anyone.
