Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic! This set is FANTASTIC!!! For being more of a "kiddish" set, this set is awesome. Let me get some things clear: 1. The price value I think is just fine for what you really get. 2. Even though there was a shortage of mini figures in this set, the play value was tremendous! 3. The mech stays on the Vermin Vaporizer great if you put it on correctly! 4. I completely redid the little alien scorpion into an awesome four legged beetle, so the alien scorpion was not all that worthless. And 5. The Vermin Vaporizer tank comes with a little examining room, a separate attack vehicle that the driver sits in, and it has a little extra space in between the miniature vehicle and the examining room to put a weapons rack in (sadly, a weapons rack was not included in this set). So, all that being said, there are a LOT more things you can do with this set and I HIGHLY recommend it no matter how old you are.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Vermin vaporizer rolling in for a review HERES Monkee819 with my review of the galaxy squad vermin vaporizer set!!! the large tank is a good build sturdy but very slow on the ground, a little to slow even for a sturdy build. the way the mech detaches from the car is a little wonky it doesn't stay on very well i keep the mech off the tank. The little bug crawler is way to small in my opinion for a set of this much money i would want a slightly larger crawler. or at least come with two. it comes with one bug alien which has a good mold with a freaky little head that looks very good. his weapons are decent but overall a good mini figure. The green robot sidekick is Awesome!!! He is bulkier than the original blue robot which is nice, its a cool idea a bulky strong green robot a quick speedy blue robot. His weapons a really cool his blade looks really good but i love his little transparent plasma shield. The green space trooper looks awesome i love these little color coded guys I'm hoping to soon get the red one his laser gun is generic but nice. his torso print i love all the space troopers have amazing prints overall very worth it. This set is pretty good in my opinion but for the amount it cost it would help adding one more space troopers or bug alien. But overall pretty good but if your looking for a large galaxy squad set than buy a different.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a great set This set is great. It has heaps of playability and looks awesome. The mech is one of the best parts and the alien scorpion is cool but doesn't really stand a chance against the galaxy squad. All up you get 4 vehicles including the alien vehicle. It is good value for the money and looks great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing play ability!!! I absolutely love the fact that it can split into two vehicles and a laboratory but the size of it all combined is actually not all that big that i was hoping for it to be but on the other hand it's an amazing set i adore it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Vermin Vaporiser Welcome to my third Galaxy Squad review, this time 70704, the Vermin Vaporiser. The Box: The box is pretty big, the same size as the Daily Bugle box, which shares the same price in Australian. The Figures: You get three awesome figures, a robot sidekick, Chuck Stonebreaker, and the Alien Buggoid. All work very well in this set, and those robot figs are pretty cool. The main character, Chuck, looks really good, and is good for army building. The Scorpion: Cool, but why are there no controls for the vehicle? The gold lightsaber hilt is pretty awesome, and great for MOCs. Flick fires are OK, and the feet are pretty reusable parts, too. The Mech: I bet half of the customers who bought this set really got it for the mech :P. It's quite short, and has pretty cool arms - I'm a fan of the clips to hold the shield and the blaster gun. It can rotate 360, too, which is good. The VV: The main part of the set. The front of it opens up to reveal the rover, and the rover is cute, and small. The new larger, cockpit is used for this one, and looks pretty good. I must say, I am a fan of the stickers in this one, I usually am not, but they add so much to the vehicle. The back of it is the laboratory, which is good use of space, and the cocoon holder is awesome. The mech sits at the back, and can still rotate, so that is pretty cool. Overall: Awesome set, out of the three GS sets I own, this is my favourite. Great figs, great vehicles, and good price of $70AU. Pros: * Figs * Vehicles * Price Cons: *Nothing, really. See ya next time - CM1

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Purchase for a Lego set! If you have a battle with this set, along with the Bug Obliterator, and you fight the Alien Dragonfly and the Alien Scorpion, it will be a really epic moment;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! I wasn't sure about the looks on this one at first, but that's what caught my attention. The front is definitely unique. After the build, as usual, I was pleasantly surprised. The look works, and it's nice and tough looking. This set is one of the stronger ones, meaning it stays together well. I never complain about parts falling off anyway, I mean it's basically a high end model that you don't glue, and it's designed to come apart. However, this one holds together well, and is full of Lego's usual innovation. The android is really well done on its own and functions well. He fits tightly in the back and deploys easily. When it's in the back, it blends in well and makes a formidable looking vehicle that any bad alien would be terrified of. It's a great looking set and is huge fun to build, but then, all Legos are. I love the green guys and vehicle accents! Any kid will love it, and the imagination will be limitless!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Insectoids Like Theme When I first saw Galaxy Squad on the Lego wiki, I was really excited. There was finally going to be a new space theme(with more than one wave of sets!). As you may see, I am a big Lego Space fan. The theme looked like Insectoids to me because it had bug-like aliens. The other day, I bought this as my first Galaxy Squad set. This set is...AWESOME. It comes with a little bug vehicle which is okay and a small car for the green team is a little cool. The minifigs do not disappoint. Yes, it only comes with three in a sixty dollar set, built has a really cool robot minifigure that has a cool shield and detailed gun, a bug-alien, and a guy from the green team. The best part is the main vehicle. It is really sturdy and bulky. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but it still is good. There is laboratory in the back that comes with a purple cocoon thing. One of the best parts is that you can open up the front, to take out a small car in the cockpit. The best part of the set is that there is a small mech that connects to the back of the vehicle for another cockpit and weapons. That mech can come out easily for well, its own purpose. I thought this set was a great one, that you should buy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Chuck and His Sidekick Vs. the Alien Buggoid! First off we get 506 pieces with 59.99 so that price is ok because LEGO need a set between the range of 40 and 80 dollars so they went halfway in between. Now to the review: ==Minifigs!== Chuck Stonebreaker Green team leader, cool fig. Green Robot Sidekick nice reminds me of the LEGO minifigures series 9 battle mech. Alien Buggoid, wish it was a new exclusive one like maybe a blue one or orange or maybe even purple. Wish it came with another figure, like a mosquito. ==Scorpion== Cool vehicle, wish it had a spot to hold the cacoon. ==The Vermin Vaporizer!== Cool Lab with a cacoon spot(but it doesn't seem right for the humans to have it does it?).Detachable Robot mech with real toes!Amazing little car. ==Overall== Overall, I rate this set a 4.5 for cool features and stuff.Thank you for reading guys! bye!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Concept & Hours of Fun! The new Galaxy Squad theme is great! It reminds me of a sci fi flick, Starship Troopers! My son and I love the space concept, all the vehicles, the minifigures, and the alien bugs. The adventure is limitless, we will get a lot of play time. The Vermin Vaporizer is the first set of this new theme we added to our colection. It was a lot of fun and mildly average to piece together, which was great! We love the fact that the vehicle is three in one (small rover, mech, and main truck). The Mech and small rover easily seperate from the large truck. A very well designed set! We also love that the set came with a small alien bug and its crawler. We look foward to other sets in this new theme!!
