Ant Island is a place where beds of clover seem as big as forests and mere drops of rain are as powerful as a tidal wave to the cute critters. From the creators of Toy Story comes the enchanting, A Bug's Life, a film that follows the adventures of ants. Flik (voiced by Dave Foley) wants to save his ant colony from the menacing grasshoppers, led by Hopper (Kevin Spacey). Flik finally gets help from a colourful band of characters from a flea circus. Stunningly rendered from the computer animation geniuses at Pixar, there is as much here for adults to enjoy as there is for the kids. Don't miss the hilarious 'outtakes' that roll with the closing credits.

Description

The computer animation crew at Pixar who created 'Toy Story' return with another feature rife with stunningly rendered worlds populated by cute critters you can't help but care about. The story is simple: an ant colony led by Foley seeks help from a flea circus and other insects in their struggles against the oppressive grasshopper bullies led by Spacey. However, as with 'Toy Story', there is as much for adults to enjoy here as there is for the kids. And don't miss the wonderful 'outtakes' that roll with the closing credits.
