Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good I really enjoy this series - easy enough for a beginner, but challenging enough for someone a bit more advanced. My only complaint is that it doesn't tell you anywhere what equipment you need - it's not on the cover, or in the introductory material, or anywhere I can see. So you're in the middle of a session and all of a sudden he says "Now pick up your strap" and I can't because I didn't know I needed a strap before I started. I like everything else about this, but you'll need to go through each session and make a note of what you need before you start.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Morning! I find this video to be fabulous. It helps get me invigorated in the mornings and actually is helping with my morning back pain. I usually have a very stiff and achy lower back when I get up, this eases the pain, and opens up the muscles with the excerises he gently walks you through. I would highly recommend it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Rodney Yee Helps Busy Procrastinators Get Their Daily Yoga I've done a lot of Yoga dvds over the years and I'm always looking for something new but I keep coming back to Rodney Yee. Easy to follow instruction, beautiful scenery, soothing music and a great workout. How can you go wrong? This dvd features 5 all new (not re-worked from other workouts) 20-25 minute long routines. As stated in the title they are meant to be done in the "A.M" I however did the routines at night. Usually before I went to bed as a way to unwind at the end of the day. This worked especially well because each workout has a short relaxation segment at the end. This is also wonderful for people like myself who don't have a lot of time or struggle to get motivated for a one hour workout. Everyone can find 20 minutes somewhere in their day to join Rodney in Glen Canyon Arizona, on a beautiful sunny day for a little Yoga. DVD includes five 20-25 minute workouts with full or minimal instruction (great feature) A 10 minute interview with Mr Yee Standing poses, Twists, Backbends, Forward bends, Hip openers. Namaste
