Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely disapointed I have to say I was very disapointed in this movie. They could have done a lot better. mean come on it was the shortest movie yet the longest book. What is up with that. Also, the parts of the book I rememberd the most wern't even in this movie. It was worse than the third movie and thats saying something. In the book my favourite part by far was when Ron got beat up by the brains at the end and when it didn't happen in the movie I was Soo mad. In the book the end is action pact it keeps you on your feet, but in this movie I could have fallen asleep. This is a terrible movie. but I cant wait for the sixth movie.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Interesting but... Let’s face it, the books and the movies are two completely different creatures. If you are expecting anything more then just the main crux of The Order Of The Phoenix book, then you will be sorely disappointed. Forget the subplots, focus on secondary characters, or basically anything that doesn’t involve Harry Potter, Delores Umbridge, and The Ministry Of Magic. When you get right down to it, this is basically the Coles Notes version of the Harry Potter book of the same name... But with all that said, it is still a pretty good movie. The effects are top notch, the story easy to follow, and everyone that you wanted to see from the other films are still here(though basically standing around as background characters). The acting wasn’t all that it could be, but with something like this, you don’t go in expecting Shakespeare... Worth the purchase, though you pretty much need a working knowledge of the other films to completely understand it...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not as good as the book... I believe that all the harry potter movies arn't nearly as good as the books. In the books you get more detail and it tells all the things that the movies skip. I think that the movies are good for a night with friends but if you want to get the whole story I say to read the books !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
