This film was remade in the U.S. in 1939 with Ingrid Bergman and Leslie Howard. Additional cast members include, Inga Tidblad, Hans Ekman, Britt Hagman, Erik Berglund, Hugo Bjorne and Emma Melsner. The Lumivision laserdisc was discontinued as of August, 1996.
