Description

The leader of the Black Panther Party (which J. Edgar Hoover once called "the greatest internal threat to the security of the United States"), Huey P. Newton, elaborates on his revolutionary politics and his Ten Point Plan in this jailhouse interview conducted by filmmaker John Evans during Newton's 1967-70 incarceration for the death of a white cop in Oakland--a conviction that was set aside in 1970.
