Two brothers are on opposite sides of the law -- ultimately leading one of them to start "Street Wars." Sugarpop is a pilot prodigy at an elite military academy. Meanwhile, his reprobate sibling, Frank, collects piles of cash as a drug lord in L.A. They have little, if anything, to do with one another. After Frank is bumped off by a rival thug's posse, Sugarpop feels his fraternal instincts kick in. He sets out to prove that, even though his bro was a dope-pushing slimebag, Frank didn't deserve to die. Sugarpop then recruits his flyboy buddies and, with their urbanized aircraft, they turn the City of Angels into a war zone.
After seeing his brother brutally gunned down by a rival gang, Sugerpop is out to avenge his death. He and his men stage a suprise attack in a most unusual way - from motorized hang-gliders. Way!
