Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I expected This thing is huge. It's about the size of a hardcover book and too tall for the Kobo touch. It takes a small svelte pocketable device and turns it into a clunky thing that takes up way too much room. I'm returning it and going for a more basic, non-moleskine version that protects the reader without bulking it up. Kind of like my case for my Sony Reader (which I loaned out to my wife who liked it so much I had to buy another reader - hence the Kobo).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Kobo Touch version available in stores! I just came back from the Indigo in the Eaton Centre, Toronto, and they have the Moleskine case for Kobo Touch there ($49.50)! In case you want to call and ask your local store, the ISBN is 978-88-6613-196-0. Don't be fooled by the icon on the wrapper: the Kobo looks like this model, but it definitely fits the Kobo Touch perfectly. I went, prepared to cut the foam padding to fit the Kobo Touch into this larger model, but was happily surprised that I wouldn't have to now. Only thing not so happy about was the $5 increase, but overall, just glad to have the case. Indigo should really add the Kobo Touch version to the online store. I think the numbers reported for this case (older model) might include or actually reflect the Kobo Touch case instead.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Idea for a Case I absolutely love this case. And best of all, it fits my non-Kobo e-reader (starts with "kin", ends with "dle"). Had to do some minor trimming, but otherwise perfect. The hybrid style of e-paper and real paper is fantastic. I love being able to take notes as I'm reading, and writing notes on an e-reader is not the same as pen to paper. I would have liked it if there was a fastener to hold the pen (there's room in the spine, just nothing built in to keep it there). Otherwise, best case I've seen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product! Fits my Kobo ereader perfectly. No slipping. I have to admit, this was worth the wait. I love my Moleskine cover. My ereader fits perfectly and is secure. The leather and suede is so luxurious. I love it. I love that the paper on the right side is so thick and beautiful. I bought mine at Chinook Centre Chapters in Calgary on Saturday April 23, 2011. At the time of purchase, they had 5 left on the shelf. I guess they go very quickly. The price is high ($45) but it feels so luxurious in my hands, I don't mind. And, I've had $$ saved since December 2010 for this. Well worth it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from seriously still no stock..forget about it go online... so i commented on another review. nice case, the best one for the rather limited selection of Kobo cases - bit pricy, been out of stock since November, treated like a crazy person when you ask after new stock. So don't wait go - the actual Kobo site has book cover like cases as does Etsy. Go there :-). The one leaf is not due to the case but rather stock management.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Where the hell is the new stock? Mid-January now and still out of stock? Fail.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What about us leftys? This Moleskine cover is great! However for me it would be a lot better if the sides were reversed - the kobo on the right and notepad on the left. They should make it in such a way that it can be reversible or two versions to include comfort for lefty's.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! I have finally found a Kobo cover I love. I've tried all the other options available through Chapters and this one comes out on top. The straps hold the Kobo securely - it does not move at all. The cover itself is well constructed. The notebook is removable and replaceable, so no worries there. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but all the cheaper ones just didn't cut it, so it's worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy, well constructed. BUT. The Moleskine Kobo cover is an excellent cover for the Kobo eReader. Other covers feel as if they're meant to house some sort of childrens toy. The Kobo cover is constructed and feels like what I've come to expect from Moleskine. The suede lining coupled with the rubbery backing of the Kobo itself keeps it held snug and secure. While the elastic strap and retainer keep the Kobo from shifting around. For those of you that are wondering. The notebook that comes with the cover is replaceable. The backing is not sewn to the suede, rather there is a pocket that the cardstock of the notebook slips into. This was my only apprehension while deciding whether or not to purchase this cover. Thankfully Moleskine has done a bang up job and made the notebook replaceable. Now for the BUT. The Kobo retails for (with tax) $169.86 The Moleskine Kobo Cover retails for (with tax) $51.24 That's a price point that puts the Moleskine cover in the 30% range of the cost of a new Kobo! WOW. All in all it's an excellent product but very pricey for what it is. With that said I wouldn't have trusted my Kobo in one of the other cover offerings at Chapters. Hope this helps!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from love this cover I am a fan of Moleskine notebooks and have been wanting a decent cover for my Kobo ereader since it came out. I bought the roots leather one, basically to protect it from scratches when it was in my bag, but you also can't read with it on which was a drag. I found the Kindle counterpart on amazon and was thrilled when I found the Kobo on this site. And unlike the Kindle one, this one has the notebook on the right which is great if you're right-handed. Quality-wise, it's basically the same as a Moleskine notebook. Outside is nice and inside has a soft, tan suede. The notebook's handy for writing quotes, etc, or if you just need paper. There's no pen holder which really isn't a huge issue but it would have been nice given there is adequate space. Kobo is secure in straps. I've literally shook the whole thing and it doesn't move. Overall, I really like the cover. It's simple, good-quality, functional, perfectly sized, and aesthetically pleasing. The price-point is a little high but that is expected from Moleskine products.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from NIce, but..... This cover is nice, but a little over priced for what it is. I just don't understand why they can't make a cover like the ones for the sony e-readers. A cover WITH a built in adjustable light! I think the manufacturer should look at these and make a kobo version.
