How do I take advantage of your Free Shipping Offer?

If your order is shipping within Canada and the total comes to $25.00 or more (after any coupons or
discounts and before taxes), then simply select "Free Shipping" as your shipping method* when you're ready to checkout. It's that easy!
Note:
To receive Free Shipping, please be sure that you select "Free Shipping & Handling" when you make your purchase. Orders valued over $25 will not automatically receive Free Shipping.
*Parcels eligible for Free Shipping average a 3-9 day delivery.
Terms and Conditions
- Canceling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
- Offer applies only to orders of $25 or more in merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges and taxes. Promotional coupons and irewards discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility.
- The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer.
- Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping
restrictions depending on the items ordered.
- Please note that some special product, order or handling fees may still apply. Please see our preorder help article for specific information about preorder items.
- The Free Shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions and coupons. The qualifying amount for Free Shipping is the total amount of the products purchased after the promotional discounts are applied and before applicable taxes.
- Free shipping does not apply to Used and Rare Items.
- Free shipping does not apply to Gift Cards and the purchase of Gift Cards do not count towards $25 Free Shipping Offer
- The purchase of irewards cards and Electronic Gift Certificates do not count towards the $25 free shipping offer.
- Regular size Toys/Gifts are eligible for free shipping. Heavy Toys/Gifts and Extra Heavy Toys/Gifts are not eligible for free shipping however their value does count towards free shipping for other items in your order. All Toy/Gift orders to remote areas are not eligible for free shipping. See Toys Shipping.
