Terms and Conditions

1. Certain items are eligible for free shipping based on their size. Items that are not eligible for free shipping will be noted on their item pages
2. Items shipping to Remote postal codes are not eligible for Free Shipping. The list of remote postal codes is here.
3. Free shipping does not apply to Used and Rare Items.
4. The purchase of Gift Cards do not count towards $25 Free Shipping Offer
5. The purchase of irewards cards and Electronic Gift Certificates do not count towards the $25 free shipping offer.
6. Canceling items may affect your order's eligibility for free shipping.
7. Offer applies only to orders of $25 or more in merchandise, excluding gift-wrap charges and taxes. Promotional coupons and irewards discounts where applicable will be deducted from your item subtotal and may affect your order's Free Shipping eligibility.
8. The Free Shipping option must be selected as your shipping method during checkout in order to qualify for the offer.
9. Offer applies to deliveries within Canada only and may be subject to other shipping restrictions depending on the items ordered.
10. Note that if you select Free Shipping when there are pre-order items in your Shopping Cart, that some items will not ship until the pre-order item is in stock
11. The Free Shipping offer may be used in conjunction with other promotions and coupons. The qualifying amount for Free Shipping is the total amount of the products purchased after the promotional discounts are applied and before applicable taxes.
