A simple Online Gift Certificate has caused so much stress. The "6 hour email" has not arrived. Going on 12 hrs. The email I did receive indicates the Gift Certificate was shipped to an address in Brampton I never heard of. Several phone calls later I am told it's a "dummy address" cuz the Gift Certifiicate is electronic, not being shipped. How am I supposed to know that? Customer Service explains this very poor communicate but can not help because wife's name is on the order not mine. We ordered this Certificate because we needed it TODAY. Now that my wife is unavailable we can not get ANY information on the order. I was told I could not speak to a Supervisor and the rep refused to help me. This is the WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.
