When I bought this I couldn't figure out from the description how the inside design layout was organized. When I received it, I was disappointed. Unlike most address books, it does not have an alphabetical tabbed listing. Instead, it clumps two or more letters together in sections and has no tabs to differentiate between them, which is annoying when trying to find a contact quickly. It's good for someone who wants something extremely small over something with functionality. The quality - cardboard front and back - is reminiscent of something you could buy (and get much cheaper) at the dollar store. Although, I must admit, the binding looks solid, even if it is a tad difficult to open.) I was not happy with this purchase; the quality (design layout and structure) was not what I expected.
