Good make but would be better if it had more "stuffing" in the cushion part. When layed flat, it will tend to tip over if you don't have your hands on your laptop since the screen is part is heavier. I found ways to positionate my legs to keep it steady.

It's unfortunate that this item was released for sale. It looked great, so we bought it for my mother (a senior) for her birthday. But after getting it home and testing it myself, I realized it has a primary fault which makes it unusable. The beanbag bottom only covers about 3/4 of the desk (sits close to your belly), causing the top to dip towards your knees (away from you). So a laptop computer actually slants away from you instead of toward you. Not only is this uncomfortable to use, but it's also risky as the computer could slide forward. Unfortunately, we will be returning this right away and am now stuck without a gift for mom!

I was so disappointed with this desk. The wrist rest in too deep and if you use it with a MAC, like I do, it just adds distance to the wrist rest already built into the computer. Who needs a wrist rest with a laptop? The the padding only covers half the base so that the desk sticks into you legs to is hard if you balance it on your knees. It's pretty but not useful. Today I started to use it backwards and this works better. The padding is better places and the 'wrist rest' acts as a holder to slop the computer sliding. What happen ed to the older designs that chapters use to carry?
