This fudge is the best I have ever tasted, other than home-made! I'm particularly fond of non-chocolate varieties, and have always been disappointed in my quests to find a good quality caramel or maple fudge. Unlike the soft, gooey lumps that are being sold as "Fudge" in many stores, the Caramel Sea Salt fudge is firm and slightly crumbly in texture, with a wonderful sweet and salty taste. One bite, and I was in heaven, remembering the childhood joy of buying, for pennies, small bags of home-made fudge at my church bazaar! This is an outstanding product, and I wish the Burnt Sugar folk continued sales success in Canada! With its growing popularity, I can only hope that their lovely fudge will always retain that old fashioned, home-made flavour! Now it's time for a cup of tea and a piece (or two!) of this yummy treat!
