On the Tools menu (top left of browser), click Options.

Click OK to close the Content Settings popup and close the Settings tab.

not sure

Can't give a full review as not sure if I will be keeping the kit. So far my experience with setting up the equipment is that these water-filled pilates balls leak. And this kit is no exception. I had water leak out of the top all over the table in a big puddle by morning so unless you are going to super-glue the plug in the ball and not ever empty or add more water then it may be good. But first to get passed the dis-functional equipment.
