pretty good

if you want a simple mat, this and any other Gaiam mat will do. The thickness is average. If you are looking for a mat with extra padding, this is not the right mat. But if you just need a smiple mat, it's pretty good. I have some knees problems and the may doesn't provide the cushioning I need. But again, I didn't want to pay $100 for a thick lululemon mat either :)

Great purchase

I purchased this Yoga mat for my husband for his birthday. He is a tall man who when stretched out from finger tip to toes is well over 7'. This Yoga mat fits him perfectly. The colour is very nice and the design is perfect. It was a great purchase! Many more years of yoga to come!
