    Does its job well
    This mug is not only lovely, but it really kept my tea warm. I set some tea aside to steep and forgot about it for almost 2 hours. It was still warm enough to drink comfortably (and thankfully a mild enough tea to still enjoy).

    Good value fort he money
    I've tried other, more expensive loose leaf tea systems, but this is far and away the best, and it is reasonably priced for the quality. I wish it had a handle, but that's a minor complaint. I like that it's easy to remove the tea leaves from the strainer by inverting the strainer over the lid, making a neat, rounded pile on the lid that can be disposed of simply. No more frustrated scraping and mis-shaping of the infuser to get every fragment out!

    Might have to buy a second one!
    I only just discovered steeped teas. I bought this cup on the weekend, with plans of taking it to work. But I've enjoyed it so much at home, that I might need one at home and one at work. I love the double wall ceramic. It keeps the tea hot, but leaves the outside of the cup cool enough to handle. The lid will come in handy with green teas that can be steeped more than once. I can leave the infuser in the cup and cover with the lid, until I'm ready to steep the leaves again.

    Great Gift Idea!
    I got this item for my mom during the holidays. I liked it so much that I picked one up for myself as well. Beautiful item and steeps tea nicely. Only wish it had a handle.

    Great!
    I bought this for my daughter and she loves it! It's both attractive and functional. It is heavy enough to keep tea hot while steeping and is easy to hold. She says it is her favourite Christmas gift. I'm going to have to buy one for myself now!
