    Broken and missing instructions.
    This timer is gorgeous and would fit nicely in any kitchen, but the one I purchased didn't work and didn't come with instructions. After reading multiple reviews on Amazon, it seems that they have a tendency to be inconsistant with their timing and break after a few months... they also require instructions, which are included with the package. Chapters sells in-store without the package. I would not recommend this product, unless you want it for decorative purposes only.
