    Disappointed!
    Ordered as a Christmas gift. There was an extra $10 charge for shipping due to it being a heavy item. When it arrived it was very light (I've ordered books that were heavier). Only ONE bookend had been sent, even though the picture shows 2 and the description is plural, and the bookend itself had a sticker on it indicating it was a set of 2. Customer service's response was a form letter suggesting the item be returned if it wasn't satisfactory, no offer to refund heavy shipping cost and no offer to send the missing bookend.
