Rated out of 5 by from A must book you have to have in your collection. The Recipes are excellent and the variety is good as well. Very user friendly. Gordon Ramsey is my favorite chef.

Rated out of 5 by from This book is alternately titled 'Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Cookery Course' in case anyone was confused, they are both the same book, it seems Canada has it released under the Home Cooking title though.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Another Good Book from Gordon – this time Home Cooking Excellent introductions in each section of the book. I enjoyed the section on spices, basic skills and Introduction with a twist. It is good to be reminded of the basics, one example being to keep tasting as I cook. I enjoyed the Bacon, Pea and Goat Frittata which goes well with a salad. Also the Apple Crumble was very good. The recipes are designed for home cooks and are heightened by Gordon’s flavour combinations.

Gordon Ramsay is a world-renowned chef who was awarded 3 Michelin stars for his Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in London. As one of only four chefs in the UK to maintain three stars, Gordon was awarded an OBE in 2006 for services to the industry. Now internationally recognized, Gordon has opened a string of successful restaurants across the globe, from Italy to LA. He also has two top rated shows: Ramsay''s Kitchen Nightmares and Hell''s Kitchen.
