Beer Boot

This unique beer glass is an instant conversation starter. The beer boot, or “Bierstiefeln” in German, is thought to be invented by a German general who promised his troops a drink from his boot if they were victorious in battle. Drinking from a beer boot can be a challenge: The trick is to slowly point the toe to the left or right as the glass is emptied. If the toe is pointed upwards, the toe will build up pressure and release unexpectedly, spilling beer everywhere. Machine-blown glass. Hand wash. 33-fl. oz., 1L capacity. 9.8” high, 5.8” wide.
