Q. How can I contact you?

A. For irewards Customer Service inquiries, or to change account information such as contact information, members may call 1-877-702-6657 (1-877-70-BOOKS), Email irewards@indigo.ca, or speak to any in-store staff.


Q. What is the irewards program?

A. irewards members save every day, all year long. With the presentation of a valid irewards membership card, members save 40% off Bestsellers in-store (as determined by Indigo Books & Music Inc.), save an extra 10% on all books in-store, and save an extra 5% on all books online. In addition, members are eligible to receive information and other perks. See program terms and conditions for more information, and visit our contests & perks page.


Q. How do I use my irewards card online?

A. Simply enter your irewards card number during checkout on the Payment Page when completing your online order.


Q. Where can I buy an irewards card?

A. Memberships can be purchased online at chapters.indigo.ca or at any Chapters, Indigo, Coles, The World's Biggest Bookstore, SmithBooks or The Book Company location (please visit the store Cash Desk). The card cannot be purchased through our in-store kiosks.


Q. Can I still redeem Vouchers that I have earned in the past?

A. Yes. All irewards Vouchers are valid for redemption until the expiry date indicated on the Voucher.


Q. Do I have to present my irewards card when I make a purchase in store?

A. Yes. All customers are asked to present their irewards card at the time of purchase to take advantage of applicable discounts and rewards. This is stated clearly in the program rules and on the back of the irewards card.


Q. When do I need to renew my irewards card?

A. You should renew your irewards card in the last month of membership. That way, you never stop being an irewards member and continue to receive all the benefits of membership. If you do not renew by this time, you may still renew up to 12 months after your card has expired.
