Have an exciting day at Heartlake High with Stephanie and Matthew. Ride Stephanie’s pretty blue bike to school! First, store her bag and her laptop in the locker, then head to science class and study plant cells under the microscope, experiment with chemical reactions using the beakers or look through the astronomy telescope. Be the star of biology class when Ms. Stevens calls you to the chalkboard to identify the different parts of the owl’s body! Help Matthew to point out the capital cities on the world map in geography class! Then Stephanie and Matthew wash their hands before lunch. Take some sandwiches and juice from the cafeteria and eat in the sun on the picnic table. Bring on the creative fun after lunch with art class and an easel, and then have music class with the guitar. After school, play basketball with Matthew or go for a bike ride! Includes Stephanie, Matthew and Ms. Stevens mini-doll figures.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Takes a while to build, but very fun! It does takes about 40 minutes or so to build, but once built, it is really fun! I love how it includes a boy! They need to have more boys in sets, but anyway, there are lots of details. I love the cafeteria, the basketball hoop and the lockers. I could play with this set for hours!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant build and play set for girls and boys! As an adult fan of Lego, I simply wanted this set because it looks cool and because of all the light yellow and other cool elements. But right now I'm bulding the 2 schools I bought with my kids. My 7 year olds can build it almost by themselves, but they need a lot of time because they keep playing with the doll figs during building! So it's really perfect set for children. It is Lego Friends, which is basically a girls' toy (in this world where unfortunately toys have become gender specific) but this set is great for boys, too. The figures are not all girls: There is a boy in there. A school is something that appears to both boys and girls, and the number of really girlish elements (pink, hearts, handbag) is really quite low. It's all yellow, blue and purple. The only really girly things is the pink paper the instructions are printed on and the pink box...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I bought this set for myself yesterday and assembled it immediately. It's a very attractive-looking set; the custard-yellow walls really complement the navy roofing, and it looks as if it could be a real building. There are dozens of beautiful details inside and out, such as the colourful flowers on every windowsill, the sweet little lockers, the microscope and the easel. In the main 'entry' room, there are double-doors, the lockers, a small 'cafeteria', and a bench. If you choose not to apply the stickers, it's a rather plain room colourwise, but has plenty of detail. The art room has an ingeniously designed easel and a 'still life' scene for the minidolls to paint, and a cabinet of paint supplies like a brush and extra paint. A colour palette would have been nice, though. The other end of the the room seems to be the music corner, with an adorable little guitar and a music stand with the first few bars of the childrens' song 'Frère Jacques' on it. The math and science room has 2 desks, a microscope and telescope, a teacher's desk and blackboard, and a few study materials such as books, a stuffed owl, and a beaker. It's a plain room that seems to advocate serious studying. There's also a tiny washroom off the the side which is a nice addition. As for the minidolls, there is Stephanie, Matthew, and the teacher Ms. Stevens. Stephanie is wearing something like a white cardigan sweater over a magenta shirt, and a purple skirt and pink-and-purple flats for shoes. Matthew is wearing a green polo shirt and jeans with greenish-brown shoes, and he has a very nice face. Ms. Stevens has glasses, and is wearing a violet vest over a dress shirt of a slightly paler colour, and a white skirt and purple shoes. Altogether, this set is priced a tiny bit higher than it should be, but it really is worth the money.
