I used to be so full of stress and tension, anxious and worried all the time and I used to experience frequent bouts of depression. I tried all sorts of chemical medication with poor results. Now by listening to this CD program regularly, I am a totally changed person. I am calm, relaxed, peaceful and joyful all the time. My only regret is that I did not find this Meditation program a lot earlier in my life. I'd highly recommend this program to anyone that wants to experience peace of mind, especially in this day and age when the economic collapse has decimated everyone's savings and nest eggs. I can't understand why Chapters does not stock this CD program in their stores. It is such a pain to order it, wait so long and then make another visit to the store to pick up the CDs.
