Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good idea but too small I really loved the concept of this diet journal but I found the spaces to write were either too small or there weren't a lot of slots. If this book was a little bit bigger I would have definitely bought it again. Comes with some great information in addition to the journal aspect.

I bought this journal to use with a Website I'm on (SparkPeople) I figured it would be good for me to write the info down as well, to be able to get a better idea of the nutritional values in foods. There really is not much room to write stuff down, mainly in the food section, it's a good thing that I use the website as well, because I needed to group items together to show what my meals values were. I did like the set up of the fitness page though, and I also liked the calorie differntial part too. Nice to see if you are burning more than consuming. I stopped using it a week ago though, I might just use it as a fitness journal instead

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing I used this journal at the gym and found it great until it fell apart! The construction does not allow for wear and tear, the rings let all the pages fall out. It was hard to keep the pages open to record my workout. I was hoping this would be "the one" book!
