Had one of these as a kid....so when I saw it was back I bought one for my 4 and 3 year old. Great fun for one afternoon....luckily I got some good videos of the kids going to town on it. It didn't pop like I thought it might....however the sand bag inside that weighs the bottom down came loose inside so when you "bop" Bozo, the sand bag shifts down toward his head and he doesn't bounce back. It must have been cheaply taped on the inside...because if it were sealed inside the plastic itself and came loose, you would assume it would start leaking after tearing free. I hold back from saying it's utterly useless now because sometimes the kids still wrestle him on the ground. Dont bother buying unless you have nothing else to do with $20!
