Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice decoration Very pretty and soft fabric, but without a plastic backing, the drool of a teething baby penetrates it straight into the carrier. The benefit is that the pattern on the fabric masks the wet stain you’d see on the carrier.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very comfortable I bought this because my four month old is gigantic, and I needed a carrier that distributes weight more evenly. The ergo 360 absolutely does that. My only complaint is that it is difficult to get the back clip centered on my back, and then off when taking the carrier on and off.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am really happy with it. I tried different carries and so far this works for us.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the Job! I love my ergo carrier & the teething pad helps keep my carrier in the best condition. My daughter loves to be forward facing & loves to bite on the carrier especially since she started teething. I have to wash it less often now with the teething pad. What would make this product even better is if it had little bumps on it like teething toys. Originally when I heard about the teething pad from a friend that’s what I imagined it would be like.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable I bought this a month ago and I enjoy carrying my 6 months old baby. It is comfortable and the weight is well distributed. However, I’m still at unease when it comes to attach the straps in my back.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the classic I bought the 360 because my babies like facing out! I have the original and recommend the 360 because of the features and different ways to carry!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this item I bought the drool bib over a month ago and I love it because it’s easy to put on and off and wash it, instead of washing the carrier. I love that my carrier is going to look like new longer because of the bib. And I love that it’s super absorbent. I got the one with popsicles on and it’s really cute! Best purchased aside of the normal useful things for babies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the product. I haven’t not had a chance to use this yet, but love the features and everything it does. I can’t wait for my baby to be born next month so I can try it out!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT! Besides this carrier being very comfortable, I love that you can carry your baby forward facing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Carry in Comfort I had loved using wraps since my baby was born. I was able to do anything and go anywhere with him in it... he is not a fan of his bucket seat. He is now 6 months old and too big for the wrap. The Ergo 360 is very comfortable; provides great back support; fairly light weight; washes easily; and baby loves it! I would agree with the many other comments that I reviewed before purchasing this carrier; the Velcro is not ideal for multiple reasons. Though I’ve never tried an alternative, so not sure if it would be better without. I also occasionally struggle with the back clip when putting it on, but i believe this piece to be crucial to the design. In any case, I would still reccoment this product to a friend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect! Super soft and washes well. Very easy to put on. The color really compliments my midnight blue omni 360 cool. My baby isn't old enough to use for drool yet, but it cushions the back of her head and keeps the ergobaby clean.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from We have the original ergo which we love but baby was getting older and wanted to face forward so we got this one. Not a big fan of the Velcro band and this one is definitely not as comfortable. The original is very comfortable and I can carry my son for Hours no problem. After half an hour this one is killing my lower back and shoulders.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this carrier ! I love this carrier ! It is very comfortable. I am able to have my baby in it for a few hours and not feel any strain on my lower back or shoulders, and I have a big boy! I highly recommend this carrier. It is a bit hard to strap yourself and the babe in if you’re solo, but doable and even better if you have someone with you!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great protection Great protection for the ergo so I don’t have to wash it as much now that the baby is facing out. It fits into the pouch at the waist, which is handy for nap time in the carrier and when I want her facing me. The outer layer shrunk a bit in the wash so it has never fit flat or as it did brand new, but still fits on easily - easy on, easy off. Great product but a bit expensive for what it is. I would have expected it to be at least 30% less than it was, but it is of good quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No regrets! We purchased the 360 cool mesh and the first time we used it, my daughter drooled all over it! So I got this as a barrier and it’s worked great so far! No it doesn’t have a plastic backing BUT it definitely protects my carrier from the drool and sometimes even spit up that my daughter gets on it. I didn’t want anything was plastic anyway as I would think it would make it warmer. Just wish I would have gotten a different color so it coordinated better with the carrier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great accessory! Got this for free from Ergo for reviewing the 360 indigo. Love this! Protects the fabric of the ergo from drool stains and easy to put on and take off to wash. Took a min to get the flap flat enough so it lies flat. But once I got all the good fabric situated worked great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Makes cleaning your ergo easier! I’ve just got to say, I LOVE this teething/bib pad I got for my Omni 360 carrier. It’s so easy to put on and so soft. My baby girl loves it too. She is in the process of cutting her first teeth and she has been drooling rivers. This is something she enjoys knawing on while I’m wearing her because it helps in giving her some relief. And what I personally love love about this is that it makes it so easy for me to keep my carrier looking clean! It embarrassess me when I carry my baby around in a dirty looking carrier, especially around that top part where her drool will collect. And having choosing the dark green colored Omni that drool was showing up on there after it dried up and I was constantly having to either spot clean or wash it all. I totally recommend this if your like me and love the simplicity of unbuttoning the teething pad and being able to just throw that in the wash and not have to mess w cleaning your carrier all the time and having to wait until it air drys before you guys can go on your next adventure together

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to put on and easy to wash I got this teething pad and bib because I wanted to to keep my Omni 360 in prestine condition, and you know, with babies that's a little hard sometimes. It is so easy to put on and to remove. Keeps the edge of my Ergo clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A must buy! My son drools like crazy and is basically always in a bib. This is so great because it protects the ergo and it’s great to have something for him to teeth on!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good investment I'm very happy I purchased this for my 360 as my baby is starting to teethe and is teething on the straps when in the carrier. Great investment for preserving your carrier. However would still wait to buy it on sale.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super comfortable! My bestie got this carrier for me and I absolutely love it! It’s so comfortable carrying my Little One in this. I highly recommend it to any new Mommy or Daddy who needs an easier way to tote around their bundle of joy. I use mine at the grocery store every time. It’s very convenient! I can’t wait til my son gets older and o can face him towards the front. I look forward to seeing how versatile the carrier can be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and comfortable I was debating between a wrap carrier and the ergobaby. I got such peace of mind knowing that my baby is secure and I don’t have to worry about “tying a know” correctly. The back support and shoulder straps are very helpful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! Wasn’t sure if I would like using a carrier but I love this one!! Comfy to wear for me and my son and makes getting around with two kids super easy as I can just wear my son wherever we go!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice drool catcher I received this and I haven't used yet, waiting for my baby to make her debut but seems to fit perfect on the 360. Great idea to have a teether on ure carrier so it doesn't get ruined!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from By far, our favorite carrier! We've owned lots of brands of carriers, and this is by far the most comfortable carrier for me and my son. He brings this one to me for "ups" and it makes wrangling and wearing a toddler feel weightless.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good investment I bought this a month ago & my child and I both love it! I've used it to go grocery shopping, to the beach, walks by the river, even just to clean the house when she just wants to be held! She falls asleep right in it and if she wakes up hungry, it's just as easy to breastfeed her and keep going. I don't find the velcro to be as big of a deal as everyone is making it, either. I do wish there was a pocket on the front though. Other than that, no complaints!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love loveeee I've had my carrier for about a month now, with my first son I didn't really do much research on carriers (shame on me) but this time I did and I can already tell the difference between. The one I had with my first son was ok but I would hurt my back after a while & my son really didn't like being in it for longer then 30 minutes. My son now is super active loves crawling everywhere doesn't really like being held BUT when I put him in the my ergo carrier he just calms down and doesn't fuss!!! We went to a dinosaur museum and while my older son was exploring everything my baby fell asleep, we were inside for well over 2hrs and not one peep out of him! Love love loveee my ergobaby carrier!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile Carrier Big fan of this carrier! It distributes the baby's weight evenly and baby falls asleep very easily in it. Both my husband and I can wear it easily. Easy to put on and transport the baby around. The only downside to this is that it can get warm in this carrier during the summers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love our 360!! We originally purchased the standard 3-way ergo and had issues as our baby got bigger and loved to see what was going on everywhere. So we knew the 360 was right for us & purchased when our little girl was 6 months old! She loved facing forward and we can vacuum, do dishes, go for walks- its excellent! Support on back is great- just wish that it wasn't a velcro band, as it is very loud to get off if little one falls asleep! Otherwise- perfection!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Gift Idea! Over the last several years, I've had many friends who have had babies, and I always send them an ergo carrier. The 360 is the "go to" gift idea, since moms are looking for something that is both highly attractive and helps them in their new, very busy, life. Also, it is something they can use even when their little one get a little bigger.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Hesitated on the purchase due to how expensive the carrier is. Happy I decided to buy it. My little guy loves being able to look around in the forward feature with the 360. I find it a bit of a struggle putting it on by myself. I mean I get it done but a bit challenging which I'm sure the more I wear it the easier it will become.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I did. It's so much easier to clean after my little one chews on it versus when we didn't have the cover.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great addition The teething bib is a great addition to our 360° carrier. Not only does it provide a surface for our 7 month old to slobber on, we can toss it in the wash when she spits up and wash the carrier less often.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not what I expected for the price My babe is 8 months old and I've had this carrier since she was a newborn. She hated it has a newborn (yes, I used the infant insert). If I had known she wouldn't enjoy it until she was around 4 months I would have purchased a wrap. Once she got big enough she enjoyed facing out and will occasionally tolerate facing in. However, it is very large and cumbersome and will not store in a diaper bag so you have really plan wether it's worth it or not to wear it and if you do you're stuck with it or have to carry it. I specifically purchased this ergo because of the hip carrying ability only to find that it is incredibly difficult and very uncomfortable...for both of us. Also, the velcro waist band is loud, stiff and unnecessary. I will say that this is a very well made and sturdy product but I'm not happy with it and after trying for literally her whole life I wish I had purchased a wrap instead.
Date published: 2016-09-21
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Supportive, easy to use, well made-strong. I was hoping that there might be a larger size. I love the velcro, it is the only comfortable design for me post-c-section. Our baby is 9m old and fast approaching the upper weight limits, while already baby is simply too long to fit in it well (though it is still comfortable for both wearer and baby).

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love at First Carry!! I'm a mom of two boys; an active 4 yr old and an almost six month old. So needless to say I thought it would be hard keeping up with my toddler and house work and just life in general. I tried other carriers (about 4) with my older son and not one suited either of us. When I got pregnant this time around I decided to pay the extra money and get the Ergo carrier. Thank goodness I did. He loves it, I love it its comfy as you can see he feel asleep while I was VACUMING, that says it all. It's by far the best carrier out there! TANK YOU Ergo Baby for allowing me to keep up with life and all the adventures it entails.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sleepless Baby MUST Our little guy struggled with going to sleep. I'm so grateful that when we strap him on, he goes to sleep after only a few minutes of walking. It's sturdy and comfortable, even hours into wearing it. The hood is also black, which for Georgia is a little hot, but does block the sun to help keep him asleep. 8 months in, he's already 22 pounds, but it looks like we have plenty of room for him to grow!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and a life saver We use this almost every day! It's so great for a new baby that just wants to be held all the time, it's great for getting things done around the house and running errands. It's also very comfortable to wear, the only thing I wish it had was a zipper pouch for my keys, phone, credit card and license for when I'm out and about.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love This! Got this carrier as an early Christmas gift. I love it so much! Super easy to get on after getting the "settings" down and my 5 month old loves facing out so he can see everything. I looked at other carriers (Tula, boba, etc) but they don't have the front face option. Worth the money and I'm a size 12 and was scared it wouldn't fit right (since all the video demonstrations are of a size 0 chick) but it works great!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lifestyle changer! We are mobile again! We have a developmentally delayed, 20+ pound, gorgeous baby, and carrying him was limiting our daily activities and choices. No longer! We are on the move, with my arms free, NO back discomfort, position options, all weather cover and more! So easy to use, comfortable for both baby and me. We don't get through a day without our ergo baby!❤️

Rated 3 out of 5 by from The Velcro ruins the carrier I bought this while I was pregnant, before I knew a lot about babywearing. Had I known more I would not have bought it. I like the low neckline and the hourglass shaped body. I also like the custom fit drool bib. I don't like how thick the panel is but it's the Velcro that ruins it for me. It's hard to get a tight fit and it can't be tightened once it's on, the Velcro is loud and startles the baby, the waist can't be easily loosened to accommodate adjusting for breastfeeding on the go, and the Velcro straps dangle and it's harder to wrap up the carrier on the go. If they had to do Velcro I don't know why they didn't do one long Velcro strap that can be looped through a loop for tightening. I also find the hood way too small and it's hard to secure the hood to the straps when in a front carry. The Velcro is so peculiar that it makes me think this carrier was designed by someone who has never worn a baby. And, if you read the instructions they say not to wear the baby outward for more than 15 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable and easy to use! Before I bought the ergo baby, I tried the Baby Bjorn and the Moby carriers. Both fall short compared to the ergo baby which is so easy to use and comfortable. I was hesitant at first because of the cost and we had already tried two carriers that ended up being too uncomfortable or difficult to use. But I am VERY glad that we replaced those with the ergo baby. I can run errands, go for long walks, and take my little man anywhere knowing he will be comfortable and could ultimately sleep in the carrier if necessary. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Useless! Disappointed. This is about 3 times thinner than the shoulder strap teethers (which I love) and totally useless to keep the carrier clean or dry, it's only good in that it's organic for baby to chew on, but it is so thin it's soaked in less than 5 minutes. Totally useless, very disappointed. You'd have to buy several and put them on all at once to be of use. Which I guess is what I'll do since I got this carrier as a gift and don't want to buy a whole different one...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use I love this carrier. It's very easy to use and my baby likes it, too. It takes all of one minute to put on, even with the Velcro. Honestly, I don't understand the negative reviews regarding the Velcro. I've never had a problem with it. This carrier makes grocery shopping so easy since I don't have to lug around the car seat carrier. Plus we can be active when it doesn't make sense to use a stroller like with hiking or crowded events. It's even helpful around the house when baby wants to be carried but I need to eat or have my hands full.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE THIS CARRIER I've had this bad boy for a couple weeks, and I am SO SO happy I bought it. I've been carrying ze bebe in a Solly wrap, but now he's too big to be comfortable in it and I needed something with a little more support. I bought the 360 solely because of the front-facing option, and we love it. I carry him constantly, so a good carrier is a must-have for us. I don't have any problem with the velcro. If baby's sleeping, take him out, put him down and go into the other room to take it off. I LOVE how wide the waist band is--it help suck in the post-baby belly and so it makes me feel great while I'm wearing it, too, while offering tons of support. I went on a two-hour, pretty vigorous hike a few days ago, and if he hadn't drooled down my shirt the whole time I wouldn't have even known he was there. It does get a little hot, if you plan on hiking with your monkey in the hot hot heat, I'd get the regular Ergo in the mesh option instead. Other reviewers have said that they can't buckle the straps together themselves--I'm pretty short, and so it is a reach, but my solution to this is to make sure the carrier is right where it needs to be on your waist, and have the buckle strap all the way out before you put it on. That way, it's long enough to clip together, and then you can just pull tight! The "awning" is a great feature, helps keep the sun off his head. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I'm considering buying the mesh one for myself, too!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The perfect carrier! Love, love, love!! Some people have said they don't like the new Velcro waist strap. I disagree. I've used an original ergo, performance ergo, and now the 360. I think this is the most comfortable waist strap yet because of how wide it is. I thought I would never like another carrier as much as my Ergo performance carrier, but my daughter LOVES being able to turn around now! So happy with this!!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from useless, don't waste your money I bought this loving the fact that it would protect my carrier when my baby is chewing and drooling when being carried facing outward. When I received it, I thought the fabric was a little thin but figured we would try it. We used it today and it is absolutely useless. When I took my baby out and checked the carrier underneath the drool pad, the carrier was still soaked. Why did I just pay $$ for an extra layer that doesn't look as nice as the carrier and doesn't have any kind of absorbent padding or waterproofing (drool proofing)? I am VERY disappointed in this product, especially since it was not particularly cheap either!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from In love I've had the 360 for about four months and I LOVE it. I love, love, love, the wide waistband with Velcro strap. It doesn't cut into my back or hips the way the webbing on the original carrier does. On my small frame the 360 is perfect where the original feels a bit large and claustrophobic. My daughter loves to be carried in every position including the outward carry and I find getting her on my back is much easier. The only thing I'd love is some more print/color options. Thank you ergo!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Doesn't top the Original I really wanted to LOVE the 360 as much as I do my Original, but between the crazy-long velcro waistband (cumbersome in the diaper bag and SO LOUD to remove) and the lack of a sizable pocket (this one is tiny and cannot be used when the hood is in use), this model falls short in functionality for me. I use my Original multiple times daily, so I have become pretty dependent on those two features. The clip style waist is easier and quicker to get on while also holding the baby (I can't do this with the velcro) and the roomy pocket is big enough for my wallet, phone, keys and a baby essential or two so that I could wear it while grocery shopping, etc, without lugging the diaper bag or a purse as well. All in all, I do find the 360 straps and structure more comfortable for both of us. If there was a clip waist style option and a bigger, more functional pocket, the 360 would be GOLDEN.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great carrier, front facing option is a must! I'm happy with the purchase because it's comfortable for me wearing it and for my son. I'd like to see the mesh, lighter weight option in the 360. It's also nearly impossible to click the top buckle between your shoulders without help but that would be my only complaint.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for my drooly infant We actually exchanged our other carrier for the Ergo because by kid #2 it was stained where they had chewed and drooled. Being able to remove and wash makes this the perfect fit for us. I just wish they made it in patterns so it didn't look dirty right away.

She loves being so close to mommy and daddy. Here's my only concern, my little is...well....little for her age and I'm a big girl myself. Seeing how baby's legs are "frog legged" is great, but what about when mommy's tummy is bigger than baby's legs are long. Any chance we can get a plus sized mama on the How to videos? The video's were really great for me in figuring it all out (and I'll come back to them once my little is bigger and can do side and back carries). I'd just like to see someone that's more my size and how it will look so I have a reference. Thanks ergo for making such an amazing product for this first time mommy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from love our ergobaby! To whom it may concern- I just wanted to let you know that as a first time mom this ergo baby has kept me sane! My little Henry loves it and falls asleep right away when he's in it! We looks forward to getting out of the house and walking..I don't know how I would've gotten through the first several weeks of motherhood without it! Just wanted to let you know how much we love your product :) Thanks again, Amelia and Henry

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Comfortable This is a very comfortable carrier. My son is currently 11 weeks and is getting a bit squished facing forward, so I am very excited to turn him out soon! The only negative I have about this carrier is that the newborn insert makes the baby really hot!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from VELCRO... Your biggest fail. I love every aspect of this carrier EXCEPT THE VELCRO.... it wakes up my babe every time, is super loud And it destroys EVERYTHING it comes into contact with leggings, jeans, sweaters, knits and even my couch now has pulls from this purposeless Velcro band.. Please redesign with a buckle and when you do, replace mine pls!!!! For that alone, I won't recommend this Carrier. But I would recommend the original.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from awesome, but.... it has no pocket I love it, it's super comfortable, easy for my baby to breastfeed in... but there's no pocket!!!! a huge bummer when I'm on a walk alone with the baby, I want to have free hands but I usually end up holding my phone and key. I wish it had a small zipper pocket on the waist strap, that would make this absolutely perfect

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Please ADD BACK THE CLIP on HIP STRAP!!!! We love the front facing capability of the Ergo 360, but hate that they removed the cljp on the hip strap and replace it with velcro, ugh. It's more difficult to put on, much too loud to take off when there is a sleeping baby and just long and unwieldy. Please please please replace the velcro strap with the original clip. My daughter is 5 months old and she is now big enough (18 lbs) to fit into the Ergo 360 front facing and she loves it. She hates facing in and would not go into the other ergo we had. We love the front facing position. I would recommend it with reservations because of the velcro strap.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good as Advertised It can be hit or miss sometimes when buying baby products; however, this is a definite must have for the mom or dad who has things to do and places to go while caring for their infant. Out in the yard, chores around the house or a nice afternoon walk are all much easier with the Ergobaby 360.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My baby lives in Ergo's new Forward Facing My baby lives in Ergo's new Forward Facing carrier, loves it! I have a 4 yr old that lived in his Ergo and didn't want to come out until he was 3. So, I was excited to try the forward since I'm a veteran baby wearer. It's comfortable, the valcro waist strap is AWESOME... no more holes in my shirts from the waist clip. I can attach the Ergo pack from the other carrier onto the waist clip strap and have a pocket, the sun/sleeping hood is so adjustable and tucks away nicely. I LOVE the positions and options. The higher back for facing inward or back/hip carry is great! But to forward facing is my little one's heaven and whole world. Thank you Ergo, my baby fussed in every position but forward and I wold have had to wear the back breaking Bjorn we bought and I despise. I hike 3 miles everyday. We live in the Sierra Nevada Mountains and when we get home from our hike I wear my baby ALL DAY. This carrier is lightweight, supportive and almost perfect. My only gripe... the forward facing needs a drool bib option and maybe a cooler waist wrap with mesh air holes or more breathable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Must-Have Baby item!! If there is one piece of baby equipment that all new parents need, it's the new Ergo 360. It's just what you need when you have a baby who just wants to be with mum. It allows you to get things done around the house or head out and about with ease. Thankfully the Ergo 360 is easy to use and quick to put on. I could easily jump out of the car and adjust it within 2 minutes. It is also easy to adjust from wearer to wearer as well as switching between the different carrying options, of which there is 4. It's such a versatile carrier since it caters for new borns as well as toddlers up to 20kg. As I have a newborn, I needed the Newborn Insert and it was very protective and snug for my 3 week old baby including ensuring her head was supported. I really liked the way it still promoted skin-to-skin contact, which meant that wearing my baby was a continuation of our bonding process. It was clear that the Ergo 360 has been designed in consultation with chiropractic professionals as both the wearer and the child are supported by the ergonomic design, which includes a wide Velcro belt. This is a product I will be encouraging all of my mummy friends to invest in, it's such a well priced addition to any family home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Unsure if we're keeping it...but I like the idea I picked this up at a retailer today because our 14 month old still LOVES to be in his carrier (we were given a Baby Bjorn), but is almost too heavy for it. I was looking through the instruction book and didn't realize that the front facing feature wasn't for the full 33 pounds. No one mentioned that the front is only up to a certain weight (both inward and out), then you're limited to the hip (also phases out) and back positions. If I'd known that I would've purchase a less expensive model. That being said, the reviews stating this is the most comfortable carrier gives me pause on my first impulse to return it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back Saver The support band that goes across the waste it a back saver. Additional support also exists between the shoulder blades because it clips together begging the neck. Some have complained about the velcro being too loud, but this doesn't make mich sense to me. You can get the baby out without having to rip the velcro. You can the go into another room or outside to rip it. This is no way a deal breaker on the carrier. Very comfortable. Let's you carry your baby on any side (hence 360). My wife and baby love it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely love! I bought this ergo because after having my second baby, I am still overweight and my original ergo became too snug for my comfort. This one fits amazingly and is super comfy with the thick Velcro strap that brings extra back support. My husband whom is 300 lbs can also fit into this carrier comfortably. Not only can we comfortably carry our 2 month old but also our 2 year old with ease both backwards and forwards. I love this carrier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing Carrier! After weeks of shopping for the perfect carrier I decided on the Ergo 360. I wanted a carrier that was comfortable to wear for hours and one with multiple positions. I am a very active person and needed a carrier that would keep my baby comfortable while I chase a 2 year old around. I have used other carriers, but none compared to the Ergo 360. This carrier was so worth the cost.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So comfortable! It feels like an extension of my body. I no longer get the hot spots of pinched nerves in my back. My five month old is just as comfortable, too! I wish I had spent the money on this originally instead of wasting time and money on other carriers. My only complaint is the fabric seems to attract a lot of lint but that's not enough to take away any stars.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My back, shoulders and arms are very thankful. Our 2-month old daughter hates being carried facing in with or without a carrier so we were desperately looking for a carrier that would allow the facing out position. We had the Ergobaby Original, when we found out about this 4-position one we had to get it. The velcro doesn't bother us, we actually like the velcro & the buckle combo. The weight is distributed so evenly, it certainly relieved the strain on our backs, shoulders and arms. It is difficult for me to reach for the chest strap buckle (in the back) but I think I just need more practice with it. After reading reviews on the Infant Insert, we decided not to get it because our daughter is over 23 inches long & more than 12 lbs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Life Saver! This carrier is amazing. Hands down. I have the original ergo which I also love. When my baby girl was a newborn we used it a lot but when she hit about 3 months she would no longer let me put her in facing without screaming. I was relieved to find out ergo had the 360 coming out and immediately ordered one. The delays in getting it was terrible and several people tried to recommend an alternative but the wait was worth it. This carrier is more comfortable for me than the original carrier. The waist belt is wider and thicker. The Velcro was Initially a draw back but I actually prefer it now, it feels secure and makes the waist belt double thick which helps with support. My daughter loves the out facing and I can get her to stay in for several hours now. She really does sit forward instead of hang. Some people say the fabric is too thick and the baby will overheat. I disagree. We live in 100 plus degree weather and have no had an issue. The fabric is stiff which is good for support. We use infacing and on the back now when she's sleepy and the headrest is awesome. The one thing I would ask for is teething pad/slobber pad when front facing. Our teether drools all over it and we have to wash it a lot otherwise the moisture irritates her skin.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Overall a great carrier I've been using this for about a month now. My baby is 3 months old and too big for the infant insert but obviously still too small to try forward facing yet. So I can't comment on that aspect yet. But here's what I like and don't like. Pros: 1. Easy to adjust. Goes between me and my husband easily 2. Baby seems comfortable in it. He will often take 2 hour naps while in the carrier 3. Machine washable. Always a plus when dealing with things an infant uses 4. Assuming the 4 positions will be useful although have only tried one so far (facing in) 5. Comfortable for me to carry my 16 lb baby for a few hours Cons: 1. Difficult to do the back shoulder buckle. I've moved it all the way up but it is still hard. I can manage but my baby gets a little squished each time 2. Hate the Velcro!! Don't know why so many baby products use Velcro. I know it's easy but it's so loud that it wakes my baby up, even if I move to another room to take off the carrier. Wish they would've stuck to just a buckle like their other carriers 3. It's a little stiff. Not sure if it will break in with some more use 4. Wish they offered it in organic 5. No zipper compartment like other their other carriers for keys, etc. if you want to go for a walk around the block Overall I would recommend this carrier but that's without knowing how well the forward facing feature works. That is what you are paying a premium for but I'm assuming it will work well once my baby is old enough.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best carrier out there, but minor tweaking needed I used the original Ergobaby with my first child and while it was very comfortable for me, I hated how high the panel came up. My daughter could never see out of the carrier and so she was never very happy in it. By the time she was big enough to see over it, she was walking and didn't want to be carried! This new carrier folds down and allows baby to see out the sides even if they are facing inward. I have been using it without the newborn insert for my 4.5 month old for about two months already and he is perfectly happy. I have also had him face forward a few times, and he seems very happy and comfortable in that direction as well. My biggest gripe with this carrier is the location of the upper latch. It really needs to be placed higher, because unless you have crazy long arms, it's really hard to reach up and over your head against the weight of your baby to buckle it. I tried on my old Ergo with my baby and noticed the latch was about an inch or two higher and was much easier for me to secure by myself. My second gripe is that the head panel that pulls up isn't quite long enough. We are already using it on the longest setting and will grow out of it soon. My third issue is that there is no pocket! Why on earth hasn't Ergobaby designed a zippered pocket onto the front of their carriers? We go out on lots of walks where there is no need for a diaper bag, but it would still be nice to have a place for keys/phone/money etc. Lastly, I'm with the others that the velcro is a pain. I never felt that the latch on my old carrier was uncomfortable and while the velcro is also comfortable, it is so loud and snags your clothes. And I don't understand why it has both the velcro and the latch. Overall, I still think this is a great carrier, but I'd love to see these improvements made.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best I bought Ergo 360 last month and it' s very comfortable for us and our baby. I want to carry our baby front outward and Ergo 360 let us to do this. The only thing taht we don't like, is the waistband. Because, it's different that we compare with the other models. The connection of the waistband with a clip is much more comfortable because my baby don't like the sound of velcro and its to long to wear it, but I think they try to make the carrier much more safe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the original! I bought the 360 to replace both my babybjorn and my original organic ergo. The 360 has them both beat for comfort and ease of use. Others mentioned they did not like the Velcro, but I love it, it's more comfortable and fits me better (I'm a size 16 after baby). I highly recommend the 360! The 4 positions eliminate multiple carriers while still providing a quality product as the ergo name implies. My one suggestion is to make it available in more colors and organic fabrics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mama-crowd agrees this is the best! I love LoVe LOVE this carrier! I had a hand-me-down 'crotch dangler' that I used with my baby girl for the first few months just waiting for this beauty to be released to the world. The said unmentionable carrier worked well when she was little (aside from its basic flaw) but once she hit about 12 lbs. I just couldn't handle a long walk anymore, the weight was not distributed properly and as much as I wanted a proper ERGO from the get-go, she hated facing inwards. When I finally got my 360, I was a bit skeptical about the velcro closure and the bulk of the straps but after a few tries, I got a good hang of how to put it on quickly and the straps are perfect now that's the baby is over 15 lbs. I tried out all the other carriers that let babies face out but this is the only one with padded leg openings and the ONLY one that creates a little cup for her tush to sit in while her legs relax outwards. I wish I could sit like that at work, it's like a big hammock! This is also the only carrier that didn't look like it was strangling her when she was smaller. Only minor gripes are as follows: - NEEDS a pocket for cash/card/phone - hood is a bit short (only reaches the last snap and tightly) unless I unbutton the neck support - Primary drool location is camel so it shows the wetness which means it needs a button-on cover that's washable Honestly, the deficiencies are minor and I'm sure ERGO will improve on all of them but we've sat down in the mama's circles and all come to the conclusion that this is a carrier that solves all the needs we could have for wearing our babies.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from We can't wait to use this! Our little one isn't even here yet and we just knew we had to have this carrier. I love the front facing out option for around the house! The only thing I didn't like was the velcro. I personally prefer the buckles.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Carrier Available I really like the 360 Carrier and I am surprised how much my baby of five months loves it. He is soothed by tummy to tummy but I love having the option of facing him out when he wants to see more. I was worried about the velcro as other reviews were negative, but it isn't a big deal. I like how thick and supportive the waistband is. We are students and the budget is tight but with two kids this is a life saving necessity. Both me and my husband (who is a very different size than me) can wear it comfortably. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I wanted a carrier that I could have my daughter face out in. We have one from Walmart and it simply didn't provide the support I needed to wear her for long periods of time (she likes to be held) I wore my daughter in the ergo 360 for about 3 hours straight and it was so comfortable! I'm not crazy about the Velcro feature I like the buckle strap style better, but I do get how it is easier to adjust. Overall I am very pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Back-saving Workhorse My son is a head-over-the-shoulder, world-facing, curious baby, so we had a really hard time getting him to relax in baby slings and carriers. He liked facing in if he was tired, but otherwise he hated being in the carrier. The Ergobaby 360 has made him very happy, and has relieved my (and my husband's) sore back from carrying him all the time. It's easy to use and generally just awesome. Worth every penny!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well worth it I have another carrier and with my first child I used it sporadically because it hurt my back. With my second, I knew I was going to be using a carrier more and I looked at the Ergo reviews, which turned out to be the best. I splurged for the 360 so my four-month old could face out and he absolutely loves it - and so does my back and shoulders! I just carried him on a four mile hike in the Smokey Mountains and it was like he wasn't even there. I would absolutely recommend this to everyone.

A lot of ppl complain about there not being a place for keys or cards but i still fit mine in the pocket that holds the hood fine. Also the Velcro isn't that big of an issue for us, if he falls asleep I lay him down and then walk outta the room to take it off.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product I wasn't sure if this carrier would be all that I hoped it would. Since I could not decide which carrier would be best; I purchased the baby Bjorn complete, the newest Beco, and the Ergo 360. I compared them all over the next week, however, within minuets both my husband and I knew the Ergo was the one! For starters it was the most comfortable. For my husband 5'8" 175 lbs, and me 5'1" 115 lbs, it fit very comfortably. The shoulder straps, and material were definitely the most comfortable. The construction of the newer bucket seat was AWESOME! The adjusting buttons were easy enough to use, but you have to use 2 hands until you get used to them (with the bjorn you could do it easily with one hand). I do admit that the Bjorn was easier to put on, but the Ergo was not difficult at all! In addition, the more important point is how the carrier feels when you are, well, carrying. The Bjorn and Ergo were exactly the same ease when it came to taking a sleeping baby out. With the Ergo I would just loosen the side straps 1st and then the middle of the back strap and off it came. Sure the Bjorn has the simple clips in the front, but the Ergo was really easy to undue once I loosened the straps on the sides first! The bucket seat is absolutely the best thing about this carrier. You can tell the baby and you are soooo comfortable, and I feel so good knowing that it is not hurting her hips, or cutting off her circulation by dangling legs like the other carriers. It is awesome!!! The new waist belt was very secure and comfortable, but I must say that this is only thing that I do not absolutely love. It is hard to adjust if you didn't get the fit just right before you put the baby in the carrier. So, you have to take the baby out... then adjust the velcro... then baby back in. However, once you use it enough, you know just how to put it on right the first time, so, this hiccup can be overlooked. The other con is that unless you go outside, into another room or level in the house, you have to leave the carrier on so the velcro doesn't wake the baby when you take it off. As another person said "rip goes the velcro, waaaa goes the baby". Sometimes, since I am so small the large thick waist can feel a bit big on me and hits the bottom of my ribs if I sit down, but I am tinny, and have had problems with just about everything I wear because of it. So, at times it can hurt my back because of this, but again that is my personal issue with bad posture too. Besides all of that, This carrier is by far the best of the best! I would recommend it to anyone purchasing a carrier. Of course the other carriers I purchased were returned and never thought of again. I have no regrets! My husband and I comment to each other at least once a week how much we love this carrier and that it is a life saver!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful upgrade! I have loved my original Ergo Baby, but was excited at the possibility of being able to let my newest child face outward. I have significant back pain, but have found that, like the original, I can wear this day in, day out without pain. We just got back from a road trip and I really used every feature of the carrier. Though the fabric is a bit thicker (to provide support in the outward facing position) it still feels like less material than the original. The should straps are less bulky, however, still feel amazing! I know others have had issues with the velcro waist band, be it the loud sound it makes taking it off, or with it ruining clothing, I have not had and issue with either. I've never had an instance where I need to remove the carrier right next to her while she sleeps. I also really like the new head support. Wearing it folded up not only provides amazing head support, but also prevents my older daughter (22 months) from arching when she is on my back (She is really tall for her age). The only thing I wish is that it still had a zipper pouch on it for me to put my things in. Also, when facing out, my little one sucks on the head support, so it has saliva stains on it. These are not enough to make me not want the carrier though! Hope this helps!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! Great buy and worth every dollar. My daughter didn't like me wearing her front-facing. Now I can wear my daughter (as I had planned before I had her) facing out. Now she enjoys front-facing, as well. It's comfy for me and for her. AND the velcro that people complain about has not been an issue. And I wear Lulu's and workout type gear all the time + wore this in fancy attire for a wedding. It hasn't caught on anything and that's with me not being careful. The velcro with strap/buckle is just added protection.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from tried them all.. this is the best out there! I have tried every carrier out there and wasted money. The 360 is worth it for me becausemy baby is a chunky 9 month old who hated every carrier. The 360 provides her a soft ergonomic seat for her bum and thighs. The velcro that was my first hesitation actually provides amazing back support modeled after laborers. My baby is exclusively breastfed so when shes hungry, I lower one side and put up the head shade and she feeds discretely. When I take her out, she cries to go back in. My baby loves this carrier and so do I. The only suggestion I have is to make the carrier a self storing carrier that wraps up and zips up. Its hard to pack it in my diaper bag because its thick.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The best! This carrier is far superior to the others of a similar style that I have tried. I love my sling wrap for quick trips, but this is the carrier I rely in to wear my little one for more than 15 minutes. I use it every day when taking out dog for walks, usually 30-49 min in the FL summer heat. Of course you are going to be warm but it the simple straps around the back keep sweating to a minimum. It is so easy to put on, I don't have to rely on someone helping me with complicated straps. While some reviewers don't like the Velcro I don't mind it. I undo the should strap, lay my LO in his crib, and then go in the other room to undo the Velcro. This makes sense to me anyways because I don't store the Ergo in his room. The sunshade/raincover in the zipper pocket is brilliant too.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! My little guy loves the option to forward face and see the world! I understand the concerns regarding the Velcro as far as the noise is concerned, but I find the waistband to be extremely comfortable. Much more than the Ergo Performance I used previously. I have two wishes - 1. That it could be made with the same material as the Performance (it seems softer and less warm) and/or 2. I wish it came in more colors/patterns. Other than that, we're a happy mommy and baby!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love!! I really love the new Ergo 360. My 6 Month old baby girl loves to face out to see the world. But I enjoy having the Option to face her in when she is tired. At first I noticed one problem, her little chin was getting shafted by the carrier when facing out. But I figured out to sit her up higher so that doesn't happened anymore. I think it was a combination of drooling and rubbing on the carrier that was making her chin red. But it's all good now! I love how comfortable the carrier is for me to wear. We use it everyday!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Finally! I originally had the organic ergo, which was fine for a little bit carrying my girl at 3-5 months. I'm talking after about 15 minutes she was pushing at me and just hated facing me. She wanted to see everything and would just get so fussy. I was so happy when the 360 was restocked!!! Now I can carry my now 6 month old forward facing (in a nice seated position) and I can get my grocery shopping done and she isn't freaking out!!! She loves it, she can see everything. She's a people watcher, just like mommy! It's so comfortable, and I love the wide waistband now, solves the whole muffin top, like other mama's were saying too. yay!!!! only thing I would like to see is a removable cloth for the droolies when she faces forward. But I just hang her bib over the edge, she drools so baaaad!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this! I have had my ergo 360 for about a month my daughter is 5 month's old and she loves it too. My husband uses it also and loves it. Definitely recommend this especially since there are 4 ways to wear your baby :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smaller and comfortable I had the original ergo, and I liked it but the ergo 360 is fantastic! It's smaller and more comfortable and my little loves being able to face the world and watch everything. Easy to adjust and works fabulously! Best carrier ever.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very comfortable! I love this carrier! Very comfortable!!! My baby seems to love it too. He falls asleep within seconds of being in it. It washes very well too. Wish it had a pocket but overall I'm very happy I purchased this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE this carrier! minus ONE thing This carrier is great and works well for my curious baby who loves to face out. The only thing missing is the pocket that the previous model has. I would love to have a place to store keys and phone while out with my baby.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Perfect for our adventure baby! My DD is a little 8 month old explorer, she typically refuses to face inward. I Tired many carriers with no luck. When ergo came out with the 360 I order it and have not looked back since. DD loves it and now even faces inward during nap times without a fight. I do however wish that the hood was removable as it adds extra bulk to the front while she's facing outward. Love love my 360 thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it - Perfect for the snuggly baby I used the Moby wrap until my daughter was about 14 lbs (a couple lbs too long for long walks!) I decided to splurge on the Ergo 360 because my husband is super into the idea of baby facing forward and I have to admit I love the feature if we are in town and it's not nap town because facing forward keeps her engaged, curious, and basically not falling asleep. I use facing in a lot more often but it's nice to have the options. The sun hood thing is great for sunny days and for if she falls asleep and I want to eat something warm/hot and am worried about spilling on her. I'm 5ft7in and 135 lbs and find the carrier very comfortable even for extended periods of time. Plus my daughter seems to like it. I swear she smiles when she sees me putting it on. She's a snuggle bug though. My only wish is that it had a pocket on the front like other Ergo versions. I can stuff my keys and accredit card into the place where the hood zips up and I carry my breastfeeding cover strapped into the safety strap around my waist but that's not great. But it works.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love!!! I bought the 360 once it became available after being sold out and I absolutely love it!! I originally thought it would be great for hiking with my little one but I vacuum the house with her in it, I've mowed the lawn with her, I've gone on walks with her in it!! It's the best and worth every penny. I wish I would have discovered Ergobaby when she was first born, the moby wrap was too hard and the bjorn was so uncomfortable!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I read a lot of reviews and was nervous about buying it. I have the original one and loved it as well but my baby loves to look out while awake, so I decided to give this one a shot. I read a lot of negative reviews about the Velcro, but it is SO comfortable! I heard people saying it was so loud to take off, which it's Velcro- that's what happens, but you don't necessarily have to take it off as soon as they fall asleep or anywhere near them. I feel like for the Velcro strap, you have to put it on the right way so you done ruin your clothes, which I just tell my hubby or redo it myself. I love the facing out feature without it affecting my child's body and having to carry another one everywhere I go.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE IT! Great for babies who love to be forward facing. Provides support for both mom and baby. I can wear this thing for hours! I loved the original but my daughter only wants to be in the forward facing position. SO happy that I no longer have to compromise ergonomic support of her to make her happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved my Ergo & I'm over the moon about my Ergo360 I counted down the days to the release of the Ergo360 because I loved my regular Ergo Carrier so much. It is definitely worth it and love that I have one carrier that allows me to wear my baby girl in all positions while still keeping her body in the proper alignment! Prior to the Ergo360 I had a second carrier that would allow me to wear her in the front forward position. I would love to wear her in the front forward positions because it kept her happy and entertained, but hated how it felt on my shoulders. I also didn't like to think what it could be doing to her hips because of how she was hanging. Now with the Ergo360 I have piece of mind that while she sits in the front forward position I am doing everything in my power to keep her body in proper alignment. It is also super comfortable to wear because all the weight is not on my shoulders. Thank you Ergo! I am in love with my Ergo360 carrier and would definitely buy it without hesitation again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love the option to forward face I am a huge fan of the original Ergo, I used it with both of my kids, my youngest just turned one. I hadn't been using it for awhile because my baby never wanted to face in, she would always try to turn around to face out. Now that I have the Ergo 360, I can continue babywearing for much longer. I brought it to Disneyland and it was a lifesaver. I could easily switch her to face in for naps on the go, or turn her around to see out. She was very happy to kick her feet out (or kick her older brother in the face) and she probably would have been happy in the outward facing position for hours. The only reason I gave this 4 stars and not 5 is the Velcro. First of all, it's not as easy to put on than the original Ergo. You have to wrap the Velcro band around your waist, making sure it's lined up properly, and then buckle the strap around your waist. Taking off the Ergo, you have to use quite a bit of strength to rip the Velcro apart, and it is LOUD. Everyone around you will turn to see what that sound was. It's obnoxious but it hasn't stopped me from using it. Otherwise I am loving my new Ergo, I wish they came out with it sooner!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I love it but..... I hate the Velcro!! The original version with the clip was so much better. This one has a huge piece of very sticky Velcro that sticks to everything!! Including my favorite work out pants, sweaters, t shirts. I've ruined several articles of clothing by forgetting to notice where the Velcro is when I pick it up! Plus you can take this off without waking a sleeping baby. Rrrrriiiiipppp goes the Velcro.... Waaaaaaahhhh goes the baby. Please put the clip back on and send me a new one ;)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't wait to buy it! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! I can't wait to order the new Ergo 360. My little one was so happy when I placed her in it outward facing. She likes to be able to see, but I haven't been able to for fear of her legs dangling. I'm excited to having a front facing carrier that is ergonomic for both baby and Mama. Oh, and love the waiste band. So much more comfortable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Most comfortable carrier on the market! Review Title: Can't beat the comfort! With all of the baby carriers on the market, it was overwhelming to narrow down my options. Since my son was born two months ago, I have managed to accumulate FIVE different carriers, but the Ergobaby Four Position 360 Baby Carrier has proven to be the most comfortable, hands down. I have a small frame (weigh only 110 pounds), and my son weighs 12.5 pounds and seems to be growing by the minute, so I needed something that would distribute his weight evenly while providing maximum support. The Ergobaby 360's shoulder straps have plenty of cushioning and the hip band is nice and thick, so my shoulders and back don't tire even after extended periods of wearing the baby. I also like that the fabric is durable. Although it's on the higher end of the price spectrum in comparison to other baby carriers, I know that this is something that I will be able to use for a long time, and in the future when I have other children. The only reason I gave this carrier 4 stars instead of 5 is because putting it is not as intuitive as I would like it to be, but I hope that with more practice, I'll be strapping my boy on in no time!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Say Goodbye to Muffin Top & Hello Support! Let me count the ways I love the newest Ergobaby carrier!!! WAIST BELT Muffin top totally gone. The velcro closure with super wide waist belt make this carrier so efficient at hiding the dreaded mommy muffin top. Especially when you sit down. Wow because of the new waist belt design this Ergobaby is soooooooo comfortable I mean its completely weightless on my back. Even in both front and back positions. BODY The cinching of the body and the headrest are so clever since it utilizes easy to use buttons which also helps add to the cuteness factor. SAFE FORWARD FACING I am NOT a fan of facing baby forward in a carrier but having actually tried this with my baby facing forward and knowing she was not dangling by her crotch made me stop hating. And i'm glad we have this as a safe option now when forward facing would be a good option such as seeing animals when we go to zoo :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love love love the New Ergobaby 360! I have used the Original Ergo for several years and loved it. It was used daily for 3 years and still looks brand new, so I know what quality to expect. The Ergo 360 has added features, such as a wider back belt waistband that Velcro’s and now has forward facing ability. I know forward facing has it’s dangers to the childs hips, but somehow Ergo has solved this problem. Baby actually sits in the Ergo instead of dangling as other front carriers tend to do. The baby’s knees are still above their bottom as they are facing inward. The new added features makes babywearing a lot more comfortable. I was so excited to use the new Ergo 360, my husband, baby and I have gone on several hikes and we love it! I look forward to using the Ergo 360 for years and years to come! Thank you Ergo for making this amazing product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the new design! I love the new design of the Four Position 360 carrier! I think the buttons are super cute and I love the way the sunshade folds and zips into the front pocket. My baby is too little to try out the forward facing feature, but I'm very excited to try it out! The only thing I miss from my old Ergo carrier is that I could easily pull the waist strap tighter while wearing it. I can't do that with this new velcro waistband. On the other hand, it is much more secure than the old style, so it's still a win! I know we'll be getting use out of this carrier for a long time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reaching for the 360 more than the rest of stash I received the 360 about a month ago and have been using it more than the 8 other carriers I own (and I have some super comfy wrap conversions.) What I like most about the 360 is the waistband. Since it goes all the way around, it is by far the most comfortable waist of anything I own. Other carriers have a buckle, or a knot or some thinner webbing, so this waist is great. So even if you aren't planning on wearing baby facing out, I would recommend the 360 over other soft structured carriers for the comfort alone. I mostly use it in the traditional position of baby facing my chest. I sometimes put her facing out, too, especially when she is awake and social. For reference, my baby is 5 months old and about 14-15 lbs. She fits well and has plenty of room to grow. It is nice to have the option for a forward facing carry that is ergonomically correct. Also for reference, I'm a petite mama, 5'2" and 110lbs. It fits me well. Not that it wouldn't fit a bigger parent, too, but I can only speak for myself!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Versatile & comfortable! This is an excellent carrier. I have used many different kinds and I think this one is the most comfortable I have ever worn. The wide waist strap distributes the weight of the child evenly, and supports them in an ergonomic position. It also has a deep structured seat so I am sure that this is very comfortable for the child as well. I love that this carrier offers four different positions including an ergonomic front facing position. Another favorite feature is that the hood has it's own zippered compartment so you can put it away when not in use and it looks nice. Great design!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Soooo comfy and no muffin top!!! Wow! How many great things can I say about this carrier! The comfort level is off the charts! The new innovative waist is amazing! I am what you would call and avid babywearer, and have tried countless carriers, but the comfort of this waist is really off the charts! Previously, I had thought the only carrier that could provide a wide wrap-around waist was a ring waist on a mei tai (Asian style baby carrier with long straps that you have to knot), but this wraps around, doesn't require constant adjusting, and stays securely in place! The best part - no muffin top!!! After having 2 emergency c-sections, I am VERY conscious and uncomfortable with things that go around my waist, but this felt so light! It's hard to believe, but even when you put a heavy baby in this carrier, facing outward, the weight of the baby is still comfortably distributed (yep, I totally tested my 20 pound toddler in it, just to see how it felt - still comfy). I love that you can adjust the seat width and height of this carrier to accommodate growing babies/toddlers. Even my petite 2 year old had room to grow into the largest setting! Awesome that you don't have to spend extra money to purchase a separate toddler carrier when so many toddlers want to spend more time running, and don't need to be held as often as an infant. Another awesome thing is how easy it is to change the configurations for different sized parents and babies. I used this after a friend tried it with her younger baby, and it was easy to just undo a couple buttons, pull the straps a little, and push the chest-clip up a little, and it fit me and my toddler perfectly! I love it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for mom and dad We just took this carrier to Disneyland and my husband wore it for the first time. He loved it! It was comfortable and easy to adjust to fit him rather than me. The Velcro and buckle closure on the waist help my muffin top not push the carrier up or down. The forward-facing has surprised people who have seen it on me, since usually they see babies in straight-legged styles. My son will look out comfortable for up to a half hour in it, he is supported and happy. After that I think his dangling feet start to bother him (also does in restaurant high chairs). It also makes sitting down with him in it easy- we've sat in chairs and gone on an amusement ride in it. I suggest planning how you will put them in- I haven't changed the position and fixed the buttons (that adjust for proper support forward-or-inward facing) while baby is being worn but it could be possible? The head cover is smaller apparently than other Ergos but for me it works fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love that my toddler can finally face outward! So excited to finally find a product that will work with my infant as well as my toddler. She loves to face outward, as well as ride only back, and so this is the perfect product for me to use with her. The extra lumbar support around my waist/hips really helps as well as she gets heavier.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful carrier, incredibly comfortable! I have been babywearing for nearly 4 years. I attended the Babywearing Institute in 2011 (certification completed) and accredited by Babywearing International as a Volunteer Babywearing Educator in 2013. I prefer to use wraps the majority of the time but am well versed in all other styles of carriers. • Used for 6 weeks almost daily with my 6 month old Hunter, for anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 hours at a time. Hunter is approx. 20lbs, is able to sit unassisted, army crawls, and is very used to being worn in various positions and carriers. • Used weekly with 22 month old Lily, exclusively back worn for 20 minutes to 1 hour at a time. I have really enjoyed this carrier! I typically have not liked any soft structured carrier, despite having tried several in the past in various stages of my children’s lives. So I was quite surprised by this one! My first thought when I pulled it out of the box was it was a very cool looking carrier; the body style was like nothing that I have seen before. It felt very sleek and the buttons are adorable! I also really liked that the sleep hood could be tucked away in the zipper pouch! I found the waist band to be very comfortable and the width of the band eliminated the “muffin top” look that I have gotten in many other carriers. I was really happy with the amount of padding that was used in the waist and shoulder straps. It was just enough to be comfortable without feeling as though I were wearing football pads! I was able to try the forward facing feature of this carrier with my 6m old, and was quite surprised by how it felt. The waistband did a great job in helping to take the strain off of my shoulders and back. I still had to pay close attention to his cues and signs of overstimulation but when those signs presented themselves it was very quick and easy to transition him back to facing inward. This carrier also preformed very well in a back carry with my almost 2 year old. While the seat did not extend to the back of each of her knees, the "bucket" allowed her to easily maintain a knees above bum position, even after falling asleep! Overall I have been incredibly happy with this carrier and I would happily recommend it to others!
