about

This playful rug-like design will add colour and charm to any room. Inspired by the exotic markets of Morocco, the traditional berber-style print gets up update with warm blues, soft greens, and fresh mints. It is a showstopper and will look great in your living room or on your patio.

The reverse side a whimsical black and ivory design is our take on the classic stripe. It would look equally charming in your living room as it would in your little ones nursery.

Reviews

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not very impressed for the price I’ve had this playmat for a few months so I feel it’s a good time to write a review. I got it before my LO was crawling. The reason I was willing to pay so much for this mat is that it’s made from a much better foam than some of the cheaper options and is safer for babies. I also liked the look, but that was really secondary. When it arrived, it was sort of faded and yellowed - like something left out in the sun - I guess that’s due to how it was stored, it’s also very hard to get the mat totally flat and mine is still slightly raised on the seams. My other issues with this mat is that it’s annoying to clean - the small squares mean that crumbs and other small pieces get stuck in the cracks. The best way to clean is to schlep it into your ruin and give it a wash down, which is a bit bothersome. I also find that it’s not very durable. It has a few scratches and marks, which are just for children’s toys. I’ve also noticed the top clear layer coming up in a few areas. For this price point, I would expect something better, especially after 2 months. And I only have 1 baby using it currently - not sure how it would hold up with an older child.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute pattern, but not functional I have a similar playmat by Skiphop which I am happy with, so I had something to compare against. Pros: cute pattern, no smell Cons: doesn't lay flat on the floor, the corners curled up which was a tripping hazard for my kids After trying everything to make it lie flat for a few weeks, I ended up returning the playmat.
