Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tasty, Simple and Easy At first I was skeptical whether the dishes will taste good because the ingredient lists for majority of the recipes are short. Boy was I wrong. Even though there isn't a single, glossy photos like majority of cookbooks, this cookbook makes up for it by the number of recipes, the simplicity and the result. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for vegetarian and vegan recipes. However, this cookbook is not for beginner since at times some of the cooking instructions requires former knowledge. However, there is room for improvisation.
