Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing but you get what you pay for This book was actually insulting. Eg. "When you're recruiting" (which by the way has nothing to do with top tips for telephone sales "you need to 'review and cull resumes" and then you need to "conduct the interview". Really??? I guess I should do that right after I drive to work. Before that I should eat my breakfast and get dressed. I don't know what I'll do now that the book is over. The interviews are done but I feel paralyzed to take any action because I have no step by step plan to follow. OMG - bang my head against a wall! And that comes after I walk toward the wall and position my head.
