She really nails it with simple recipes that rely on the perfect combination of spices and whole foods for a great meal.

I was blown away by the recipes in this book as every single one was really indulgent yet very nourishing. I have received numerous compliments from my family, roommates, and my boyfriend for every recipe I made out of this book. If you're looking to get ridiculously healthy and maximizing flavour in your food, go out and buy this book.
