The author defines what is sugar detox and and the what it cause to our body in consuming to much sugar.It offers a wealth of information in regards to the body and detoxification. I was thoroughly impressed with this book and have found myself returning to use it as a reference time and time again. The information is comprehensive, and there's no doubt that Kelly Merak know's what she's talking about. I highly recommend this for anyone interested in learning more about detoxing - this book is worth WAY more than what I paid for it!
