Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just Makes Sense I've been trying lots of different plans and have found nothing that works. It's either too expensive buying all the foods you need, I haven't had enough time to prepare these insane recipies that you need to loose the weight, or had the time to do the hour long workout it requires. Harley's book totally made sense. He explains to you why you're doing what you're doing. The workouts are only 25 mins and are fantastic, the meal suggestions are so easy and all only include 5 ingredients. The best part is you don't need to spend hundreds on a gym membership cause all you need is a set of weights and a exercise ball or workout bench. I would recommend this book to anyone who is strapped for cash and/or time and wants to look and feel healthy. I am loosing 1-2lbs a week and feel better than I have in a really long time.
