Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sound Advice This is one of Harley's best, concise information on nutrition and exercise. In this book the "diet" is just well balanced meals, no cutting out food groups. Protein, carbo's and fat for each main meal, i.e. breakfast, lunch and dinner and 2 snacks. I am only into one week (down 3 lbs) but do not have cravings and am not hungry. I have an issue with sugar addiction so for me this diet cuts out the sugar and the cravings go away. Highly recommend this book, a must read cover to cover.
