Elite Upper East Side Witches Rule Park Avenue! 666 Park Avenue by Gabriella Pierce kicks off a wonderfully  high concept   and  richly gothic contemporary series about the darkness lurking behind the gilded halls of New York City high society. For the original Gossip Girl and The Vampire Diaries fan who’s grown up and is ready for an edgier, more sophisticated read, 666 Park Avenue is the perfect paranormal diversion. <_o3a_p>

Rated 2 out of 5 by from 666 Park Ave. Not what I was expecting. Very disappointed with this read.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a TV tie in! How does this warrant a "tie in"? the only thing it has in common with the show is the name of Jane (and the title picture). I came here looking for more a continuation of the tv adaption and it looks like the books are nothing like the show. They have nothing to do with the show! Which is fine.. usually the books are better (ie the Roswell series) but these are completely a new stories all together. Shouldn't be called a "tv tie in" if it has nothing to do with the show! False advertising!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from good easy beach read... for people who do not want a romance. it's supernatural (witches), magic, lone heroine and crazy evil family. nothing to it- no complicated and intricate detailed plot or character development. it's a fun quick simple read. some action and mystery but nothing mind blowing or emotional. i like the way pierce gets to the point with the story and does not over fluff or add too much detail. with a story like this you don't need much just get straight to the point. good grab for the beach. i needed something that was quick and non detailed after a couple of books i read. this is perfect and i bought the other 2 books from the series. i want to know what happens to jane.....
