Rated 5 out of 5 by from wonderful book Wonderful book. Its been a very long time since I've done a Liver Cleanse, and this book reminds me of the importance of looking after our liver. It is easy to slip into unhealthy habits and forget to deep cleanse our inner bodies. I like how it gives a clear and detailed explanation of the role of the liver in digestion and eliminating and the author leads us very gently into the benefits of doing a cleanse. What is good about this Liver Cleanse, is you are advised to cut down-stop eating unhealthy processed foods, meats, sugar, fats etc for four days leading up to your cleanse. And what i like the most are the recipes included with images that adds the motivation of the readers to continue follow this book.
