I own her previous book “Palestine on a plate” (if you haven’t bought it, invest in it, it is as awesome as this one) I initially was looking for original recipes of different dishes from Palestine & Joudi does that with perfection! The book is amazing, easy to read, I love how each recipe has a picture (which helps with the inspiration), and how the pics are so alive and vibrant! The recipes: the explanation is easy to follow, so for anyone who is looking to make a delish meal but isn’t very expert in the kitchen, this book is the answer to your prayer! Love it!
