Rated 5 out of 5 by from A beautiful surprise!! I absolutely love this book! I picked it up in store and didnt notice immediately that it was written by the "princess's sister" and I glad for that. Perhaps I wouldnt have given it much thought .. what a mistake that would have been! It seems that having celebrity these days means that you put out music or a book and rarely, in my view, does it end up being something worth buying but THIS book is worth every penny. Pippa tells wonderful tales from her childhood which I found entertaining because it is so different then my own. I thoroughly enjoyed the crafts and recipes that she shared, especially those for around the campfire and at Christmas time. She is a wonderful story teller and I cannot wait for her to publish another!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great book! I really like this book. Although it is very British and hasn't been adapted for the North American market--I mean, who here knows what treakle is except for the Doormouse in Alice in Wonderland?-it is still a lot of fun to read. Pippa is the British Martha Stewart and there are lots of ideas for parties and even if you don't want to use her recipes, it's a book for people who like to do things for themselves and entertain. I am sure that there is an element of jealousy among people who would probably like to have written this themselves. Well..too bad! Buy it, read it and ejoy it! j
