Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ideo never disappoints I took the ideo course on Change by design. Even though the topic and the course are from the same company the materials are very different. Change by design, like its name, takes a designers perspective to change and application of change. This is a recommended book on designing change, provided you already have some experience to relate to the application of design they suggest in the book.
