Rated 5 out of 5 by from Helpful and Unconventional I really enjoyed this one, it was unconventional as it's not really a "diet" book in the normal sense. It deals far more with giving the reader tools to resolve their weight issues. The tools take time to develop and this is definitely not a quick fix book and is more of a workbook. I found that it was instrumental in my losing (and maintaining) a 90lb weight loss. Highly recommend it.
